Yeah buddy I germ in a paper wet paper towel and plastic ziplock always works for me just keep the bag full of air and in a dark place. I dont have th patience to wait and see if they pop outa the ground i like to know they popped before i plant them im ADHD i get to itchy Still waiting on my june promo order from attitude i believe its in the us though so maybe any day cant decide what i want to pop first Do you have any good info on the strains your growing?

And what are you using for nutrients i just went through your thread didn't catch it?

I'm using Age Old Organics 'Age Old Bloom' according to a fellow grower at the grow supply store, with FF OF mixed with Fine Dolomite Lime, this would be the only nute I needed for a small grow

Hmm cant wait to see what kinda results u get. Im running fox farm trio in miracle gro soil i might switch up my soil to happy frog then transplant into FFOF after the seedling stage. Not to beat you down but ive seen and read FFOF can be a little hot meaning to much nutrients for some strains in seedling stage but you should be fine its a learning process and if it burns the shit out of them then you know to change it up next time for that strain. They pop out of the soil any further last night cant wait to see them start to grow

oh! i forgot haha I'm running Happy Frog for seedlings, with RO water! yeah, OF would burn the shit out of these fragile lil girls!

So I bought a 120mm fan from cooler guys! only 21Db I also bought a temp controller that keeps the ambient below 87F! which is great, since I'm going out of town for the week of the 4th of july, so I don't have to worry! Just got a quad of some kill, so yeah its been a damn good day

Here she is at day 5 since seed! I eased her seed casing of last night and she's already at 2 inches

Your UFO light is a poor choice for LED but it will work for you with the help from CFL's. LED lights can have a life time of up to 50,000 hours.... ( up to 11 years )
and you can send it to the manufacturer to get new LEDs put in. for 20-40% of the cost.

Now if you were to spend a lil extra on a 180w - 300w LED light it has little heat and long life time you could get a good yield with DENSE resin covered buds.
The 300W LED will out preform a 400W HID, In evey way More Resin, More bud, denser bud with less power
They would work for you in your room, HID in that space(or any space ) will need more fans for cooling and overall more money.
Cfl's will be a easier start for you. ( lots of people start that way )
I have grown with cfl's before and they work good enough for a beginner. Good luck man!

Sad news folks, my only girl to germ from batch one, was killed by a cfl, that came unplugged, and crushed her :[ batch two in now...

What! That blows!!!! Damn it man i want to see green hahahaha stop by i just added a 3 gallon smart pot and started germing a dinafem blue widow!!!!! Super excited and that so was not the news i was coming on here to read i wanted to see her first set damn it! Zip ties are a f'n must always make sure and im sure you will that they cant fall or nothing can come loose and fall. What are you popping next?

Currently the box is under construction still, since cooler guys sent me the wrong power cable... So for now I have it temporarily duct tape reliant, with the two LSD seeds on day two of germing

Just went and smoked a solar bowl, which I would definitely recommend

instead of a lighter, you use a magnifying glass and the sun way better taste, and if you do it right, it'll only vape the thc

What i thought you ment i had a spoon like that and a bowl piece like that still prefer to cherry half the bowl then use a poker to flip bowl over on top of the cherry milk it and at the end roast it again with the lighter then pull that bitch hardBong Hits If im going for a taste test i use my spoon and hold the lighter above the bowl using the heat of the flame if its dank enough you can see the thc bubble or like with good straight melt hash hmmmm. Since i have a 16 plant grow going "well when they pop" im going to get bubble bags and make some ice hash should be able to get a grip load of full melt off the 16 plus im adding clones like as many as i can without hacking the shit out of my blue widow so i will end up with trimming from like 30 plants All for my face and my buddys face Your Beans spit out tap roots yet? I just put my blue widow in the soil waiting for her to pop sprout out of the ground now

I think they probably did already, but I can't see, cause I do strait to Happy Frog, after a presoak! Nothing so far.. I'm guessing I'll be back on track, and have pics tomorrow!
