For the sake of not grilling you, you seem to have gotten plenty of that. . ..
Stop pulling leaves. I invite you to do AT LEAST ONE complete grow without pulling a single leaf. I bet your results will be light-years above this current grow. Then, from there, just do little bits of defoliation at a time until you get the hang of it. Clearly, you're going waaaaay overboard with the finger-fucking of your plants. ..stop molesting them & let them grow!
