First Sprout

Out of the three afghan landrace seeds one popped out of the ground. But the cotyledons look pale in color. What should I do now?

Sorry about that . Yes it's a cheap UFO light I am waiting for my T5. By the way it looks a lot more green now when I first saw the sprout. What temps should I maintain for the seedling now. Inside my room the temps around 27C but under the tiny UFO light temps at 32C

It looks fine.......all new sprouts are pale until they've been under the light.
Your soil looks very wet.
Also, are there two plants in the same pot?
no just one, if you're looking at that white tube in the BG its just the wire for the thermometer. I was checking soil temp. it's at 29C. Soil doesn't look very wet in person only poured a teaspoon of water earlier in the day over the surface before the seed sprouted.

Update: Seedling looks good. I can almost see the the next two leaves. I'm using a regular CFL for now till I can get my T5 light , it should have been delivered today. The stem was bit droopy before. I topped the slightly soaked soil with some potting mix, and gave the stem slight lift by stuffing bit of soil underneath it.

Day 4 update, plant seems bit leggy but I left enough room in the cup to fill up with more potting soil around the stem.
