Dude...not looking so good at all. Don't use both or either one of those soil types. Scott's is alright, but no MG. Dont' grow in a garbage can, get a grow tent instead. I have been there and I will give you some advice. Stop wasting your money and get some real growing supplies. Your temps are too high and your humidity is too low. My plants are a month old and about 8" tall and bushy as hell. I think they would a be little better looking but about two weeks ago I over feed them a little. Also don't use advanced nutes. These is a real controversy but anvanced is such a rip off. Buy cheaper nutes and with the money you save buy the good grow supplies.

You obvi haven't been following/reading this thread thoroughly. Read it closer. I addressed many issues in this thread.

Honestly your right, but I read through it and I still feel the same. You onlly need humity between 40% & 60% and I think were you have, 30s, will be find for flowering. Temps in low 80s is ok in the heat of the day, but try to keep below 85. All that advanced hoplaa is just bs to get you to buy their over priced nutes. Buy fox farms or botanicare. Realy the only thiing I would get from them is budcandy with the carb. I got a good size tent off of ebay for $82.

I agree with Zcomfort. Just ran through this thread and your plants are laughing at you every time you peek in hoping they doubled in size over night. Solos can't support the root system necessary for fast growth let alone LST, and your temps are definitely aren't helping if not hurting. Over 85F slows/stops plant growth. Def problems within the plants themselves because most of the stalks look fucked up...I mean I know i'm no expert but what the hell happened to the bottom half of the plant in the first pic? It looks chewed on...and 8 looks like it lost a boxing match

yeah actually Ive been keeping humidity between 40%-60%. I was just working out problems in the beginning. I am using different potting mix. And also one of the main things I stated in the beginging was.. "I bought AN Big BUD, and yes I know all you think bad about Advanced Nutrients, but I bought it and thats what I got. Next time Ill be feeding them nutes the whole time (most) just different nutrients for different stages of growth. I also have been looking at grow tents for some time, but I decided what I have right now will suffice for this grow. In january I will probably make a bunnnch of changes. I thank you for your input tho man. Thanks. Oh and also I cut some of the leaves from the bottom during this grow and most of my plants are about 5-8inches tall. I dont have a ruler handy but ill have to get one.

4 were male. they showed balls and i am getting rid of dem. I am down to 5. two in the solo cups are female.. no balls and they have the little white hairs just a few of them. the last 3 I am unsure. I do not see the hairs yet but they don't look like they are going to be male.... Im hoping female.. should know soon now since 6 have been sexed. I have lsted them a bit and I have topped them a couple times. I think the distance between the nodes looks great. If I don't run into complications I believe I will be able to have a few big buds instead of small ones. I have kept the lights oh so close. Today one had been touching the light so it slightly burned but I solved that problem. I have to keep the lights as close as possible and I think that is the way to do it for real. one inch. that is what you should aim for. it has kept them small. but they are even smaller because of the topping and lsting. in a day or so I will repot females that are in the solo cups. Things are looking Awesome! I am excited. Also one of the pictures looks like a branch is broken but I used a technique that I have seen a couple times when watching videos. I just bent it a bit .. but not to much .. so that a node will probably appear there. ... .the leaf was to big and was in the way that is how i solved it. The last two waterings were 3 days apart and tomorrow will be the 6th day from the first watering I am speaking of. Both of those were nuted with big bud. This time I will just do a straight watering, and then the next time I will nute them again.

... they like the light setup to man hahaha. I woke up and they shot up over and however long theyve been on sofar today. I think we have 3 females now. 2 left... but I am sure they look like females, which is awesome! temps were a bit high however. In the 91 and humidity aroun 39%. The humidifier was out of water so I filled it up. I should know the temps soon with the humidifier thrown back into the ecosystem. I don't think 91% is too much of a problem for a short period, because I have the two C02 bottles going.
