You said seedlings would be stunted so why would you post a link referring to flowering when I asked you where you get your info from? Are you slow?
The first link you posted said %40-70% for seedlings.. What don't you understand? The links you posted prove I'm right lol. can you read and comprehend?

You guys are funny lol. But back to the source I'm growing in a 6ft cupboard using 1 cfl light yes that is tin foil. I'm going to town soon to get more lights and a reflector sheet. My plant was stunned because I was using the wrong pH water but I caught it in time cured it and now you see the result from the pic I took last night . its grown dramatically . nearly got its full sett of 6th leafs. Iv been feeding it nuts ( tomato grow )thathat's the reason why its shot up within a week.. So I no its working leafs are a solid green out of lights. I was doing 18/6 cycle but I changed to 24/0 cycle to help it grow and its worked . so when should I switch it to 18/6 again.. I will upload a pic of it later with the new light n back ground ect

18/6, 24/0 or 20/4 are all good light schedules for veg. I prefer 20/4 but the difference is minimal.

New set up.. Used radiator reflective back ground 2 cfl lights 1 at 103w and the other 90w fan on low. Temps are 25-28°c and humidity is 40-43%. What do you guys think ?

You can go back to 18-6 from 24-0 anytime you want. I kept mine at 18-6 for 4 weeks before flipping to 12-12. Plants seem to benefit greater from dark periods, not that 24-0 is wrong but my plants do most of their growing in the dark period.
Thats much better, but make a hood for those lights don't waste the light energy use Some of that material you put up the walls if you have any left, but cover those lights so it focuses on the plant.

Cheers mate. Also I think all together my plant is about 30+ days old but take a week of as I stunted it so that's 20+ days old and that's how big it is. How long left do I have in veg ? Before I can flip to flower. Iv seen pics of when they start flowering but mines no wear near 15'20 inch in height .. Also the main stem iv got leafs coming of them obv but right in the corners were they grow from stem iv also seen what look like as nodes or new growth coming from them.. Its at the V shape bit .. If you get me. What are they good bad ?... Please inform me guys

There are lot more experienced guys helping you, but I had one question/comment.... do you plan to re-pot that into a bigger pot? If not you may want to top dress that pot to help protect the main... It wouldnt hurt to lower the lights too, (raise the plant which ever works in your setup) it seems to be stretching to get the light. Nice job changing the cabinet, looks 100 times better.
