I have started using a weight method. I’ve draped (in an arch shape) bungee cords over my stalks at whatever node up the plant seems to hold the branches at more horizontal level. As it grows, I move the cord up a notch to keep it “laying low”. The cords can also be hooked to things to pull the branch/stalk one way or another.
Wattzup is right about controlling your middles before they get too high- remember each of the stalks is going to end in a bud that you’ll need to give light without burning, and plenty of airflow.
