First time running organics. FFOF and Dr Earth

Hey guys I’m about to do my first outdoor, organic, and auto flower run, I know I’ll be cutting it close with the end of the season. I’m going to be running Purple Punch by Barney’s farm in FFOF with added perlite and using Dr Earth dry nutes. I really just had a few question about the organic side, I’ve used OF before and know it will go me 3 weeks or so but because the dry nutes take a little to become available should I start with a small amount in the soil when I plant them? Or should I wait a week or 2 then do my first top dress? Was thinking about following this basic schedule but because of the OF should I just skip over the home grown and just use premium gold and flower girl when it’s time? what does everyone think? Was going to grab some worm castings as well. Thank you I’m advance for the feed back

I would premix as per instructions and let that sit/cook with some ewc say 3 weeks min.So use that to up pot in coming weeks.If not I would start adding 1/4 now,ea week a little more.I mix promix and gaia at 1 cup per 5 gallon,let sit one month, its ready then.

Agree with Myke, unfortunately op's run out of time. I understand that ocean forest is rather hot, so I would wait a few weeks before considering any top dress, except EWC. It will be close to end of season before you will be close. Good luck...

If you are doing this, start NOW.

Yeah that’s been my experience with it as well was thinking about holding off with the top dress but just wanted some confirmation. Planning on germinating the seeds tonight thank you for your time

I think everybody has made valid points. I have been using the FFOF/Dr Earth combo for about 2yrs now. I just add it per instructions the moment they show. I have been more that happy we with the results. If you know your strain you can dial the feeding in pretty solid

Okay awesome I was worried about burning them but that is definitely good to know going to still take it light but thank you definitely took away a bit of the worry

I use DTE products too. It seems Dolomite lime is needed first when starting out and your mix is new to ferment
