WOW, these pictures make those Apollo haters mad I guess.
At this moment I am hating on Hans. His units are making such tight nodes I have no idea when to flower. 17 days on Santa Maria and at node 8. 10+ inch wide spread in 8.4 liter airpots and only 6 inches tall. I have never seen veg like this. I am using the mother panels though and bought them specifically for veg. At this point under CFL I would see 5 nodes and same height.

Confusing but I guess you get what you pay for. We will see how they flower out.

Leaves are much more lush under the Hans than CFL.

Hi there, love this thread, great results! I was wondering the distance you keep from plant-top to light. It seems that you kept your lights always on the roof of the growbox, while I thought you could get greater benefit lowering the light during the first phases, especially since LEDs have less heating issues.
I would love to know what you think, congrats!

hey man, thanks. its been enjoyable. how far you have your leds depends on what leds you have,i had to keep mine around 18" away cause otherwise the started bleaching.the ssh stretched like mad and i should of probably trained it better but had other things going on and time was an issue.the lights are chinese and for me,so far they have been worth it. my first real go at growing, learnt a lot! i'd reccommend leds, some people wouldnt!
