Florida Growers Thread

I like the idea of a FL growers thread. Whats up people, I'm in gainesvile near good ole UF. I'm on my first indoor grow. 6 plants couple weeks into flowering now... I'm kinda gettin insecure about my watering schedule though, could be the fact that its non existant... I just check everyday and water when the soil looks and feels dry. Im also using 15-30-15 MG nutes for blooming. But the plants are looking a tad droopy... anyone have any ideas on a watering schedule i could go by and how often to give nutes? Should I be watering more often?
 
Droopy could be a sign of overwatering. I go first by weight of my pot. When I water, I get a feel for what they weigh fully watered, after 2 or 3 days, I check the weight again. From experience, I can tell when they soil is dry. With seedlings, probably once a week should do. With older plants, I usually need to water every 3-4 days. However, each plant's needs are different and is strain and environment dependent. You could always buy a moisture meter - they are fairly inexpensive (about $10 at Wallyworld).

Droopiness could also indicate too much heat. Good luck.
 
got my seeds yesterday from nirvana, i ordered the 20th they shipped the 22nd and got to S Florida on the 31st. Very Impressed.
 
hey here on Fl beatiful west coast.
Born here and wouldn't leave if they paid me.

plants are flowering now 3 weeks till harest. Starting what looks to me like seed pods where I usually see pitils.
Anything I can do?
Should I just finish?

Hey all, I've got really bad stench issues and nosey roomates... Any ideas on the cheapest way to keep stench at a minimum?? I hate to hide the deliscious aroma :weed:... but I must :cry:...

I know the risk. What I don't know is how to mask the smell. I realize that its not a good idea to grow when you have roomies. So if anyone has any ideas besides "letting me know its not a good idea" that would be wonderful. ps im not trying to be a douche bag its just that I've posted this same problem like 5 times and no ones given me an answer. And I really need help bad otherwise I'm gonna have to ditch my plants, and I've worked to hard to do that. I'm sorry... I'm really a nice guy... :-)... :peace:

If you check out any hydro shop in person or online you will find alot of products that can help you. I recommend ONA gel. :peace::blsmoke:
 
I ordered feminized snow whites ( one of which i dropped and it buonced down the sink). I was so pissed, it had just cracked so i was putting it in rockwoll and it slipped. CLOSE THE DRAINS! I got 5 of those and then big bud and the indoor mix. Out of 9 started, one went down then toilet and i have five that cracked which are in rockwool. 1 big bud, 1 snow white and 3 indoor mix. Yeah i did order to my address. Im hoping that i get at least 3 females.

my babies are about 15 ins high now and i got 2 of them are in the same pot. one is male and one is female.. i am gonna klet them pollinate cause i need the seeds.. white willow
 
Don't know how many of you FL growers have to bud out with t-5's flourscents, but you need to try liquid light...All I can is WOW
