Molasses feeds the micro-organisms in the soil that benefit root development and health..I put about a teaspoon + per gallon throughout the lifecycle. (Flower included). General rule I've always followed is you need less N (nitrogen) more P (phosphorus) and Potasium during flower.

I grow all natural (organic) as well

I feed during veg a tea of E.B. Stone..Organic fish emulsion (4-1-1) with kelp and unsulphered molasses. I also have a good organic mix in my soil with a top dressing of worm castings.

For Flowering, Last year I switched to a diluted the mix of the fish emulsion and added Roots Organic Bat Guano (0-4-0) and molasses. I may do the same this year..last year I harvested 4+ pounds from 6 plants.

I'm careful not to wet the leaves as well.

Hope that helps some.

Yeah..I won't hurt to switch to organic nutes or vise versa,as long as you don't overdue it. It's always safe to stay on the lighter side of fertilizers and gradually increase if you need to. That said..Its WAY easier to overdue it with chemical fertilizers than it is with organic.

As for molasses...Doesn't matter what brand of Molasses..Just be sure it's unsulphured. It'll say so right on the lable.
