FLOWERING STAGE question

So, an update. It's been about 4 weeks now, and I may have a problem here. Can anyone tell me why my plant is severely yellowing now? and what can I do to fix this? There's still about 11 weeks to go, so I'm kinda worried. Thanks in advance.

No light. I think we all said before you need more light. Could be root bound now too. Growing a sativa like this is gonna be hard.... sativa are generally really hungry and need lots of light.

Rootbound as in you need to transplant into bigger pots.
 
I found the culprit. I was getting ready to transplant, then there's a lot of fucking flies inside the pot!! damn, this is on me no doubt. Anyway, can I use some insecticide for my plant?

NO, well depending on what your planning to use, GET SOME DIATOMATIOUS EARTH oops soz for caps, it will stop the flies from getting to the soil
