Flowering

Hey my friends,a quick question for whom it may concern to help a friend learn.Is it normal for a plant to calyx's forming with white hair clusters only eight days in the 12/12 cycle,and is this good or bad very concerned.This is a Indica plant what type unknown. I will send photos when my daughter shows up with her camera.

hey Jules it's perfectly okay to see this i know it's an indica but sativa's normally take a bit longer to show sex...the Little white hairs are the pistils the female organ...this means you have a girl on your hands. BEAUTIFUL my friend. So keep her in 12/12 till you see the trichs turn 65%-85% amber colors....might need a mag for them pref. 60-100x

Yeah you're in good shape my sativa girl only took about 2 days to show, then shot up about 4 inches in just a couple of days and now she seems to have leveled off again. Yours I'm guessing is showing a more steady growth rate, and as said above sativas generally can take longer to show and usually spend longer in flower. Just keep treating her well and you'll be in good shape.

Another thing I forgot to mention is I have it in a pot going back and forth in & out The weather here is very hot I'm in the desert. I set it out at 8:30 am. back in at 5;30 p.m. average heat here right now is 99 degrees!

yeah most sativa is pretty tropical in nature, that hot dry air may not be the best thing for her.
The heat wouldn't be quite so bad if there was intermittent shade and humidity to go with it. Plants handle higher temps a little better with slightly increased humidity.

yea how big is the one your switching back an forth and are you tryna flower this one thats being brought outside...if so you might wanna make sure it's on a 12/12 cycle as well so get up at 6:30 ish and bring it in at 6:30 i know you might not wake up so early but im telling you your gonna have quicker and better results with doing that. And make sure when you do bring um in complete darkness bc you dont want any light leaks it can cause your lil girl to go hermie on you. Im sure sun comes up where you are early and sets late... desert climate can be a bitch i used to live in AZ whew glad im not there now...well good luck brother keep us posted im here if you need anything.
