Mine was an answer I’ve never flushed any of my plants. I farm too and going back to school to get my third degree in botany. I don’t even flush my hydro plants. Why? Because in short it’s bullshit.Im looking for an answer not a bunch of smart ass comments...
Thank youSmooth smoke or vapor comes from good drying and curing practices.
yeah, sorry for coming across as a smart ass, but as said, flushing is a myth that gets a lot of space on here, and it's pretty much general consensus that it's un-needed and a waste of water and does nothing for your plants..Thank you
It was the harvest part wasn't it .....Im looking for an answer not a bunch of smart ass comments...
Ok if no flushing is needed do you think i should harvest now or wait a week or a couple weeksyeah, sorry for coming across as a smart ass, but as said, flushing is a myth that gets a lot of space on here, and it's pretty much general consensus that it's un-needed and a waste of water and does nothing for your plants..
also, as said, just learn how to dry and cure your bud the best you can for the best results..
So harvest now or waitIt was the harvest part wasn't it .....
My bad
I knew I should have just told you flushing your turds is your choice.
i'd wait probably idk, another 2 weeks or so looking at the pix..Ok if no flushing is needed do you think i should harvest now or wait a week or a couple weeks
It looks over watered...but that is not the case...i have 2 plants in 5 gal smart pots...i give 3 liters when the soil feels dry about .5 inch down.i'd wait probably idk, another 2 weeks or so looking at the pix..
i like to wait until all of the pistils, hairs, have not only changed color, but when most of them have also all receded back into the buds.. secondly, when they get pretty close, you'll notice the calyx will swell up and get nice and fat.. it's hard to put into words but you should be able to notice when this starts to happen..
lastly, when they're ready to come down, the whole plant will take on a different look.. again, this is kinda hard to describe in words without being able to show you, but once you see a plant that's really ready to come down, you'll know what i'm talking about.. i have chopped one grow too early, and i was so mad at myself after all of that time that i got impatient and took it too early.. the smoke was not as potent as it should have been, and the high was much shorter lasting..
you could try and get a good feel for how heavy the pots are when you pick them up after a good watering, then as the days go by, pick them up again each day, and again, get a feel for the weight.. when they start to feel light, you'll want to water again..
i've never used sunshine mix, so i'm not exactly sure on how often to water as i usually use fox farms stuff, but you'd probably be a little better off letting them dry out a bit more before watering them again..
