Flush. When? How? Frequency?

I know what flushing technically is and that it should be done. My question is when should it be done? Should it be done once, twice, bi-weekly. I am at week 1 of flowering and stoked to have a pretty little lady, i just want to treat her right.

I throw in a plain ph'd water every few feedings and I start flushing about 2 weeks prior to harvest. You may need to flush if you burn your plants or screw something up.
