He dude, do you think all the liberal pot smokers would vote for more DEA agents, have you flipped your cookies (no pun intended) I think it's all the right wing law abiding assholes that are above the law and don't worry about being busted as they are basically immune unless they fuck someone more powerful than them, then "here comes the judge". They want all the growers and dealers that aren't paying protection, or work for a cartel they dont control to get busted, them and all the lone individual growers and dealers that aren't paying them off. Get real, this is organized drug trading at its finest! Nevada is slated to be the first of their controlled market policy. I'll bet after the law passes, the "individuals" caught smuggling or dealing get horrendous sentences. We'll see, election is two weeks away and I've heard that the clergy and right wing Republicans are pushing it to pass! It will get my vote even if I know it to be a money man proposal, because like everything they want to enrichen themselves with, they float a carrot out in front like "legal to posses an ounce or less" "don't worry be happy"! Did you know that the growers in N. cal. pay off the local mounties based on the value of the crops, the cops even inspect the shipments to make sure they're not getting screwed. It's usually federal agents that bust crops in the redwoods, forest rangers and such! I know this first hand, so don't ask for proof!

Anyone growing in Northern California on FEDERAL land knows the risks. Most who grow on federal land are either nuts or part of Mexican cartels. Those growing in NORCal on PRIVATE land, providing they are legal medical growers, and in compliance with county guidelines, DO NOT pay off the cops. They don't have to ... they are LEGAL growers. They even give the local sheriff aerial photographs of their grows so the sheriff can recognize them during fly-overs. In many counties in NorCal, the plant limits are very generous. Lots of profit is being made selling the crops to Oakland and San Francisco compassion clubs.

And, you've missed my point entirely AGAIN. When the citizens hold their hands out to the federal government for goodies, the federal government gains power over those citizens. The more goodies the government is in charge of "giving" to the citizens, the more power the government has to rule over those same citizens. Turn your back on all the goodies and the DEA will go away.

You see in politics in the real world (and not talking about the 6 year bubble of the current administration) there has to be compromise. Most here see the republican party for what they are and it has left a bitter taste in their mouths.
Isn’t it nice that the republicans have mastered the condescending attitude in 12 years when it took the democrats 40 years to develop. As far as the government is concerned, throw them all out of office and start all over again.

I can hardly wait, Ill have to take up larceny, looting all those rich palaces in Beverly hills and Pacific Palisades. The lone ranger rides again. There will be the rich and the poor and nothing in between, sort of like a third world country, we can import labor from Sri Lanka for 75 cents an hour and Billet them in tents outside the city, and bring them to work in the back of trucks, 10 ton trucks. Then the rich plutocrats will be happy as there will be no government interference in their labor laws and the middle class will be the 75 cent an hour dudes. But wait, will the middle class wake up to the takeover of the libertarians, I certainly hope so for their sake! Liberty for all to fuck over anyone they desire. cut wages, eliminate taxes, repeal all laws governing corporations, sounds real appealing, doesn't it! Oh yes I have, but in case you missed it, here it is again: A very limited federal government that is chained to the contract known as the Constitution. Political power in the hands of the local government first, being the city. Then the county, then the state. The federal government has its place in the minds of the Libertarians ... and that is the military and protecting the rights of the citizens of the several states. That's about it in a nutshell.

So according to your plan, we could fire about a million govt. employees, starting at the top and working down to most especially the IRS agents.You'd have to keep a large Army to protect the interests of the corporations world wide. You wouldn't want some pesky foriegn government meddling in the profits. We'd just leave our foriegn policy to corporations and Generals, Of course you'd have to have a puppet president and congress, (wait we've already got that) and rid the country of the pesky middle class whom demanded a living wage, bring in Sri Lankans to do the work and ship the overpaid mexicans back to mexico, I'm startin to like this plan, because it would cause a revolution and the people would rid the planet of goofballs of your ilk!! so hurry up and initiate this paradise for you and your rich friends so we can take up arms and clean house!

Positively directed? For who? Certainly not for the millions whom do not get enough to eat on a daily basis here in the good old USA or the billions across the planet.. When you say that not having enough to eat is greed, I just want to knock you up side the concrete thing you call a head and try and knock some sense into it. I guess there really is no hope for you! I'd build a shared capitilist society, where the workers had a vested interest in the company, (Better for production), Ban the corporate structure, where greedy corporate officers rape the company with million++ salarys, Have a progressive tax structure, Initiate a federaly funded and regulated national health care program for every citizen, Make it a law that every congressman must send a child into battle if they authorize a war, including the white house bunch, try to start dialogues with our enemys, quit sending CIA operatives into countries to distrupt their intrinsic governments, start a global economy that would not destroy the living standards of US citizens through tarrifs or some kind of balance structure (I'm not an economist) Enforce Nuclear proliferation, with sanctions, bring our friends in europe to the table for economic talks to further global improvements for Africa and all third world nations. Pull out of Iraq Immeadiately and let the muslims sort out their own problems without taking sides, admit we are wrong when we do stupid things and apologise, legalize drugs for adults, do a comprehensive examination of our laws and penalties and reform them where necessary. I'm running out of breath. Thats just in the first 90 days, then I'd get serious and start trimming extremely rich individuals hoards of money with a hoarding tax, something along the lines of no more than a million bucks can be accumulated by any individual family, stopping dynasties and allowing the playing field to be more level for all, with jail sentences for law breakers! Then I'd take anyone whom had more than one mansion and turn them into dormitories for the poor. I'd roll back all housing prices to 1960 levels and stabilize the banks with a bailout. A new 2500 sq.ft. house would cost 25,000 and no single family dwelling could be more than 3500 sq.ft. People that lived in malibu and beverly hills, and all exclusive neighborhoods would be forced to move to watts to dwell in a ghetto apt. while the ghetto dudes could choose a home in those neighborhoods. Anyone whom owned more than one car per lisenced family member, would be forced to give it to a poor person (unless it was his homebuilt hotrod). All the money gleaned from the rich motherfuckers would be distributed to the poor and homeless. I'd put all the homeless in the mansions and build low cost housing on the golf courses, they're only for the rich anyway and a stupid game to begin with. Extremely rich capitalist pigs that couldn't be reformed would have to go to the gulags and live on bread and water, Id provide a 6 ft. length of rope in every cell, for emergency use! I'm just gettin warmed up, I could go on for hours! Did I mention sending illegal aliens back to their home countries and securing the borders with electric fences, mine fields and shoot to kill gun turrets every 500 yards.

Here's a question for you ... After you "level" the playing field so that everyone is perfectly equal, with incomes, housing, etc., how would you propose to KEEP everyone equal, considering that humans differ in talent, motivation, strength, opportunity and intelligence? Oh wait ... I just reread your post and extracted the following from it:
