no pictures of plants arent illegal but they still serve as proof of a crime, especially if from the pictures you can extract the same room dimensions and angles as the room they caught you growing in. you see pictures of dead bodies isnt a crime, pictures of dead bodies on your floor, or in your car that can be linked back to you are evidence of crime,

what about evidence dont you understand? if you have pictures on you computer of you commiting a crime and they police get ahold of those pictures they can use them against you. this is not a matter of what crime it is simply a question of whether a photograph is proof of a crime, and it is.

warrant is not proof of drugs in a house, warrant is a legal document allowing the police to come check out a lead which was solid enough for a judge to give the ok that yes that building probably has drugs in it go ahead and look. you see a warrant is meaningless unless they serve the warrant and find what they thought they would find. namely drugs/ evidence of drug manufacture/use.

you have no idea what going in our world, and you obviously dont understand anything about federal law enforcement which are the people who use biometrics as it is officially called,

"ive been arrested" like thats a qualifier for knowing the legal system, sorry but if you have ten pounds of weed, and a photo journal of your grow op on your computer, that is pretty solid evidence that you grew that weed and where you grew it and how you grew it.
