I usually do a minimal, convective air circulation in veg. Just a fan there, and not always even that. Not the fastest vegging but suits my perpetual 2 month cycle with 2 plants in 90cm tent.
Some people use freeze blocks under the reservoir. I never use any cleaning agent/H2O2. In my veg they have a water cycle of 10 days, because of high water temp up to 24-25c. It also rises the EC noticeable while so warm.
Flowering tent water is only 20-22c so its cycle can be up to 2-3 weeks depending on the plant behaviour.
Organics indeed, usually a big nono. Though one could do aquaponic system without the fish, but it's a meticulous balancing beforehand, and risks like cyanobacteria are BIG, no matter how much changing the reservoir. My friend made it through a couple times, but I never asked about the details. Organics, in bubbler, I only have Fulvic acid, and only use it with Terra Aquatica Tripart.
I really don't see organic hydroponics reasonable if you won't have a pond of your own. The result isn't that special considering all the hassle and risk IMHO.
Rather check some semi- organic hybrid line nutrients like Remo. It has chelates and salts, but it uses kelp extract, aminos and carbs for example. Not the best for dwc, requires some maintenance, water cycles are 6-9 days. I used it for 2 years. Considering pricing, Tripart is about 50€/L whereas Remo with its 7 bottles is around 160€L and creates more waste water.
Also aeration becomes more important the more organics in. 200L/h per plant is a minimun I'd say. A good quality flat air stone with smaller bubbles is a must.
