LoL they're are stressing me out ! I want warmer chips to suit them (don't know which ones !)
I've got 2x600w vipar. 5x cxm22 60w 3500k 600w mh. 1000w hps. AND 7 of these bleddy things.

Played around with one of them. Increased the amps and it pulled 250w at at about 1.4amps. Approx.
Waiting for some extra funds and I'm going to get some new cobs.
In the mean time I'm veging (experimenting) with 4 of these lights @150w 0.6amps each. The clones are loving it. Getting lots of new growth. That's what the meter is telling me anyway.

I find that waiting until the iron is HOT HOT really helps. Tinning the wires and whatever you are joining prior to soldering the connection also makes for a great join. I use a weller and it's a great lil soldering station. Had a pos back in the day that was a headache to use, but anything weller makes or better ($40 price range and up? ) should be adequate.
