Alright, this plant is 13 days into veg (10 days in the picture). It's some mystery bagseed I picked up from a friend and it's first leaf set is unusually round and sickly. It's not turning yellow, but it's getting these weird wrinkles. Kind of like isolated dry spots. The next leafsets are coming out normal as you can see, but is this a sign that I might have an inferior seed, or something like a pH or nute problem?
Also, does this appear to be a pure indica or some kind of hybrid?

EDIT: If you need more info, it's being grown in organic soil w/MG perlite, It was getting distilled water for the first week and now gets 1/4 strength Foxfarm grow big every time the soil dries out (usually about 3-4 days between feedings). It's under 13 23w CFLs of varying spectrum (mostly 6500k). If you need any more info let me know.
