I know man lol Freeze combo's but is that freeze or friese ? the confusion continues lol I spend way too much time trying to dr. evil the smartest angles, I need a dozen planets and 1000 years to grow where my mind takes me in the calculation.

never heard of Makido..best local o.d i have ever seen was a group of guys in Arnprior. A northern, skunk cross, unfortunately so is m-39 so recreating is a bit of a mind f, they both look grown on different planets. So I guess ur a 4 plant guy, i am licenced for 39 may up it to 50 + with moms and clones it adds up.
Yeah. 4 plants. That’s it. I’ll work with what I got. So far this small but mighty 2 tent perpetual has me pulling a solid lb every 8-10 weeks from a 3x3 flower tent and 2x2 veg tent. In 3 gallon pots...one plant at a time

hmmm trying to picture it.. every month you move a plant over? Some sort of eves through/root spraying or hydro table or buckets with water and a lil pump for faster bigger roots? Your light is the bomb, I know that. if you break for summer when does the first indoor finish? Hard to picture. Sounds awsome and space/time/cost effeciant

kinda like that but I use 3gallon air pots for final containers. So say I pop a seed, I go from paper towel germination to jiffy pellet, then to solo party cup in coco/perlite for about a week. Then to 3 gal air pot in 70%coco 30% perlite. Once in air pot I place a water halo hook up a water halo to my rez and pumps. From the moment the cotyledons open I fertigate. My pump is on a timer and kicks on between 2-5 times every 24hrs for (depending on stage of life) the pump runs for 30sec each time. This gives me about 15% run off. The run off self drains out of my tent into another reservoir via a drain saucer and pvc pipes. At 3 fertigation events daily that last for 30 sec each, a 5gal res lasts me about 5-6 days. I “hand water” Recharge 1x week. After 30 days of veg I unplug the line to my halo, bring the plant into my flower tent (which is set up the same way) and plug the halo into those lines. Literally plug and play! After about a month of flower I’ll start my next seed so when the first plant finishes and is harvested I can clean, reset the tent and bring in the next one into the flower tent. When I did the 4 “mothers” last spring I found a 3x3 washing machine tray, I put it in the bottom of the tent and angled it a bit so run off would drain to the drain hole in the front and hooked pvc pipe to evacuate into a bucket. My cycle is pretty much 30 days veg 8-9 weeks flowering.
Below is a pic of my Shiskaberry I mainlined (u can see the blue halo) and then one of my white drain tray. I did have to raise my tent on a deck about 12” to aid in gravity draining and poke a hole in the corner to feed out the pvc. But it’s a cheap vivosun tent. I would use another pump in the eventual 5x5 I’m planning and last is the 4 plants in my 3x3 (about 4weeks in) that was a lot of work. They grow so fast in hydro

One day I’ll get a 5x5 set up and once I get a few harvests in and get that grow dialed in I’ll be looking for some more obscure genetics. I would love getting some MAC v2. It’s all the rage these days. But at like $380-$500us for a pack of seeds.... I better wait to be able to keep a mother

Cotyledons I feel country all I ever called them was " those lil 1st two leaves" had to also catch up on my drip system jargon, thank you google. I guess given the medium the roots face far less resistance..I looked up vermiculite and perlite, hunted for a long time found a place that does big orders but willing to send 9 cubic feet, priced way better than a big box store but shipping was $ 75 I think, it is in an old email. may have to bite the bullet. coco seems smart as well but I never got why coco and perlite, won't the perlite fill the gaps left open for roots. as far as the drip system, if the medium lets water just fall through ( perhaps the reason for perlite) the several mini watering a day verses the saturate wait for dry out and redo ... I hate watering, the weight of the water exposes top roots and I add soil makes it denser overall.. your low-stress training is on point, 1 month gives you not much time to top so that the feeding system is going to do some magic to get those into 4oz plants. those buckets, when dudes pull up the plant and you see these giant root systems that were soaking in water/feed pretty narley but we get brownouts and I worry about not being able to heat the water in an emergency so I am going low tec.. yup no use buying new mom material until u can mom the one you got, tempting to window shop, I absolutely love blueberry skunk, looked into it the flying dutchmen created it and went m.i.a, spent forever planning to make it my self and bamb found a Toronto place who supposedly cus there back supposedly ( could be counter fit who knows, seems like a big bank) has it but its $150 and i see other stuff I want I bet its counterfeit as well but well or more likely copies made from original, the hemp depot of dj. shorts blueberry its over $200 , or Humbolt's lavender $300 plus or Humbold "the new" it is fast, looks commercial but the scary version, supposed to be killer strong, looks like m-39 on Halloween or the M with a knife and evil grin,...I am way behind so things that are hot and new lol cost lots, I can cash in on stuff from a few years or more back. as far as bean dreaming, Satori has a good story. company south America some were with an untouched left to be landrace strains. Once i /we get good at the whole clone mom thing we can talk about mom sharing a cut for a lil variety in the garden. Actually, the main thing I learned from growing the 25 pack I bought the same strain ( i like a bargain) and the additional free 25 pack, other then variety is good is pheno hunting is very very important you never know what you will get some plants just suck and some are stars. cost money and time to find out so we could potentially cut that in half.

7 in 5 gallon fabric that were vegged slow since sept and I throw someone moth olds on the side (9) in 3-5 gallon grow bags, squeezed two on per dish, lil reject plant is up there too.

Yeah that sounds like a good plan. I need practice in my cloning for sure. I’ve seen that DJ short blueberry online too. Crazy expensive. I have some reg seeds of Alien Orange gum and alien tarantula. The “alien” Is a land race indica from Afghanistan that a breeder Obsoul33t got from a returning soldier. He called it “alien technology” he crossed it with Kyle kushmans strawberry cough to make the alien tarantula. And crossed it with bubblegum and orange crush to make alien orange gum. I got a 5 pack of each as a gift. But once again they’re reg seeds so I need to be ready to clone and keep a mother.
I start counting when the cotyledons open but
I can usually top at day 15, LST and top again by day 21. Ready to flip by day 30.
coco/perlite is a great mix and drain to waste is such a versatile way to grow, you can do pure coco or some Guys out west have grown in 100% perlite. Some use clay hydro balls. I’ve seen a guy (online) grow a 4lb plant in a 12gal pot in chunks of rockwool. Not 1 slab of rockwool, but half inch cubes packed in a 12g airpot! But that makes sense, I get 1lb per plant in 3 gal airpot. That guy took 1st place in harvest weight, first place in flavour/terps i think, and 3rd in thc. Crazy! Perlite doesn’t absorb/retain water, I think vermiculite does. The perlite helps with drainage and the coco holds the perfect air/water ratio. Plus the coco looks like soil and is somewhat familiar to work with.it’s like hydro on training wheels. Coco works best if you don’t let it dry out. Multiple “watering” events per day Keeps the ec/ppm from spiking and burning your plants. But I also never give just plain water unless I’m flushing. I use less nutrients then traditional hydro, At most I hit 1300ec or 650ppm in my rez.

This guy Outlaw does some hi breed of pot and reservoir using grow cubes and pro mix, 1 plant 1 light couple pounds check it out https://overgrow.com/t/one-plant-one-light-been-using-this-tech-for-almost-10-years/27771

you could use those reg seeds to make allot more reg seeds to bank...here is an idea.. I don't know if I like yet and doubt you would either lol i have two 1-month-old hardy white banner females and and Reg friese almost here, 5 weeks max a free grow groom , we could cross em all. The friese is orange tasting and the orange is.. may fit, taste-wise ,we could make (friesxwhite banner), (trancxwhite banner), and (orangex white banner), (orangexfriese) and so forth lol and re up on the original strains... clone whatever as we go.

It’s an interesting idea. I wouldn’t know where to start with my small set up. Lol

I have an idea but our lack of experience cutting clones and I guess even breeding. running a breeding cycle just seems like a step backward possibly 2 forward. It's a skill I want, it's really the only way to need others less and cut one of the ongoing costs, seeds. I am considering doing it all here. We could cut our selfs mother from the good geno's then seed it all and if the pollen doesn't take and the clones don't take that would suck tho, sure we would learn something and get a step closer to success... it's an idea. the room I have, no tent full room.

Ok. Cool. Ive only been growing since legalization but I got from seed to harvest dialed in pretty good in my set up. and I’m working on cloning can practice cloning with the tops I take. They are harder to clone then a good bottom branch. Once I get a 5x5 I’ll be able to play more. As for messing with male or pollen, I feel I’m far from being there. It is be interested in learning.
