Oh man, do you think if i took my 2.5 inch tall, 3 set of leaves plant and finally moved it into a dixie cup, i burried it about an inch - 1.5 deeper, will this stalk rot it? etc? thanks!

Ehhh.. I think you should be fine. I read somewhere some guy got stem rot or whatever and just cut above it and then just put it in rooting compound and re-did it and it worked.

you should probb be fine, feel free to post pics :]

So just got back to the hydro store, i've realized I go there more than I go to the grocery store... o.o

anywho, got all my nutes and a PH meter, calibrating liquid, PH Up and PH Down...no PPM meter but I think i'll be alright?
Day 16 for the desert dream!!! shes bulkin up.
Day 11 for the clones, I expect them to double in size in the next four days, i'm predicting lol.

Where would you place my plants on the nute chart alotaball? Growth or aggressive growth? and i just use half the amount they are telling me to use per gallon then add another gallon to the mix correct? and what do I want my PH to be around when I feed? and runoff? :]

I never tried aggressive feeds .. just stuck with the normal.. might step it up a little this go around.. but I would rather have a little less yield then burn the girls .. they never showed deficiencies ... I would start at 1/4 strength and feed once a week .. see how they react.. if you see any burns .. flush em.

Where would you place my plants on the nute chart alotaball? Growth or aggressive growth as in on the chart it has different increments depending on the stage of your plant. and i just use half the amount they are telling me to use per gallon then add another gallon to the mix correct? and what do I want my PH to be around when I feed 6.5? , and runoff?

AWESOME, and extremely helpful thread man!! Im doing something similar very soon but I have a question since im gathering the right measurements for making a grow box for some autoflower plants. Whats the distance between your bulb and the plant?

As close as possible without being too hot for the girls... use the back of your hand right above the canopy to judge .. leave it there for a min or 2.. if your hand is comfortable.. the girls will be too :)

Thanks alotaball and Lantern for the info. Regarding the heat, would it help if I had a fan blowing 24/7 to keep fresh air flowing in and circulating? Would this do enough to keep the temp down to manageable ranges? I don't have my box built yet, so I can't experiment, just wanted ya'lls opinions.

Sounds like mylar is the best. Will try to find it around town.

One last quick ?.. How close to the cups would you put the T5's after you plant the seeds? Once it pops up, would you put it closer or farther? I want to say I've read you would want to put it closer after it sprouts, but just wanted to verify. Thanks again for the responses!!
Slap that T5 straight down as far as you can. The T5's I am familiar with won't burn your babies. Definitely make sure you get a couple of oscillating or desk fans (those ones with the little clips for cubicles, you can find them @Target or Home Depot/Lowes). If you don't already have one find a temp that you can set with the girls and have a little auxiliary read out to put on the coffee table or something. They have a bunch that will give you humidity and everything. You need to monitor the environment as close as possible. Get your hands on either Ed Rosenthal's Medical Marijuana Handbook or Jorge Cervantes' Medical Marijauna Grower's Bible. Besides all of us on the forums it is really well worth the investment to have a referrence library handy at all times. They are filled with pictures of pests, diseases and how to counteract the problems.

Yeah, I am looking around for clones @ the moment. I will be starting a journal of my own when I get some girls under the lights. I have pics of my little tent ebb&flow system up on my profile if you wanna checck it out. Also, there are a couple from a grow last year.
