From 3rd week flower! 6 1/2 foot sativa

Hello fellow RIU go'er!!

I also have a journal in the journal forum but noone ever seem to respond there unless you already have 5,000 pages in your journal so ima put one here, because
this kind of forum is more active anyways so im hopeing more people will chime in, because im always open to advice, even if your a new grower, you may know something i dont, so please, share your information, it is more then welcomed here!!!!

anywho, this is my only baby that made it this far...Had about 6 at the beginning of the year but the story of the fallin 5 is a sad story, so i wont go into it, just know that 5 are RIP and only one left now, with what i guess is 5 weeks till harvest making it about Oct 20th.....anyone elce harvesting around that day?..OH, and she is just a seed out of some fire no name bag..........but shes of course is outside in FFOF and she is watered every other day with every other watering being nutes, FF big bloom, FF tiger bloom, and used FF grow big at the veg stage of her life....

You can see ( as of about a week ago) some of my leaves are turning yellow and fallin off, i do understand that this is very common in flowering, and it also happens to me every flowering season...i just happen to get on the FF web site just to go over the feeding schedual again and i believe i figured out why they yellow on me all the time...because (if you use ff products) when flowering starts your suspost stop useing "grow big" and use "big bloom" and "tiger bloom"....but what i didnt comperhend, was that since flowering nutes have way less N in them, your bound to start getting yellow leaves in flowering, but finally saw that the ff feeding schedual says for two week's in the middle of flowering (which im just getting into) your suspost to add "grow big" (for its high N)to your grow...which i havent been doing till yesterday!!! so im hopeing this will take care of my yellowing!!! god im an idiot....


So what do you guys think!!!

Yep, The FF trio pack....grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom,....and she in FFOF

I use that setup also but i dont use tiger bloom.

what do you flower with?

These pic's are of some of the yellow leaves im having....does it look like only N def or something elce?

oh and if you notice any white powdery stuff on the plant, its not mold, its just a pestaside..

This is a different plant and i have no idea how it got there..(on the left side of my house where i had a small garden, not mj.)..but I didnt plant it, my wife damn sure didnt plant it...and i never smoke in this area or throw any kind of seeds over their so how it got their is a mystery of its own.........
but other then that, i dont care for this plant AT ALL..i dont water it i dont feed it...nothing....it is 100% mother nature grown bud.....lol...which looks like shit....but looks like i might get a good spliff off it if im lucky!!! but shes about a lil over a foot talll and this is all she is packing..lol

Looks like magnesium def to me. 1 tsp epsom salt per gallon of water. I always get it when I run FF. That grow big in bloom, is new to there feed sch. I used to use it all the time and never remember it saying to use that. Grow big is least favorite FF product, it'll build up salt quick if your not careful. I like FF though, I still use there stuff on indoor grows once in a while, but I adjust the feeding schedule some.

I'll prob b harvesting round the same time you will so hopefully we'll both b having 1 hell of a halloween party..
This off subject, but how the f do you give likes on peoples posts? I've searched every where i could find no luck.. By thee way, i went and checked my girls real good with a 30x glass and didn't see anything, the spots were some stuff i hit the girls with 4 my ant prob i had. Found out the lil bastards farm aphids.
So 2 b on the safe side i'm gonna do a dish soap spray on thee girls. You think thats a good idea being 4 wks into flower?
Anyway, beautiful lady you've got there and sorry 4 your losses. I had a bad hail storm take out bout 8 of mine this yr.

my old man has the same plant as you i swear, HUGE white hairs but not alot of bud growth yet.

they are starting to fill out now i keep telling him his lighting is shit and get them bitches outside for some good ole mother nature rays but he still keeps em inside under some shitty 75 watt GE lightbulb.

anyways looking good man, i dont pay much mind to the yellowing leaves, i burned the shit out of my girls about 6-8 weeks ago, flushed em out and picked all the yellow/dead leaves off and just keep picking them off as i go.

i started using MG bloom booster (5 bucks at wally world) and seems to be working well, upping her dosage in a couple days, then upping it again at end of week, letting her chill for a few days with some good nutes and then gonna flush and wait for harvest, im thinking around same time as you .

View attachment 1793440View attachment 1793439View attachment 1793438Thanks for checking out my grow guys........I think im getting my yellowing under control now.......bout a week..week and a half ago i noticed the yellowing....it keep getting worse but not like extreamly fast......so 2 days ago i hit it with a shot of grow big (veg nutes with high N) and the yellowing in 2 days have gotting noticabley better...but im still haveing some small trouble with some of the big fan leaves tho..not a real big case of anything..but what do you guys think?

but other then these few bad fan leaves...everything is growing GREAT and starting to stink up real nice!!!

Ah, just thought you might be, leaves look pretty wet in them photos, I just remember I made that mistake a while back and it lead to leaf degradydation quite rapidly

Yeah, Ive had a few of those, but I have been taking quite a few of my healthy leaves off. My thinking was that the more of the leaves i take off, the more the sunlight can get down into the plant and give me more bud, but apparantly that is not the way to do it.... Also, dont like the look of the yellow ones, so ripped them off too. They are still looking good, and I m not going to take any more off from now on....

yeah all around my bud's is a beautiful green color...just some of my fan leaves here and their are yellowing.....but i say if its not messing with my bud's in any way...im gonna do my best not to fuck with her....
