if someone snitched it will be revealed by the time u go to trial....if they go against you the whole way, they will prob have to testify at court.....
your woman fuct u up, tho....and u too...u should have NEVER came outside...even if they dont go inside, with you outside they can make up sum shit and arrest you ,"he was high, he smelled like weed, blah, blah"..next time stay quiet no matter what..dont even acknowledge them..make them think the house is empty, if possible...they will go away..eventually..they might make threats to kick the door in, bu without a warrant they caint....if they stay outside to get a warrant b4 goin in....you got an hour or two to clean up.....
or you could jus talk to them thru the window, instead of goin outside....dont be cooperative, tho, bc they wont be with you...tell them to quit harassing you n stuff. but first choice definitely is EMPTY HOUSE....NO ONE HOME

This is my second offense. I'm pretty sure someone snitched. It'll definately come out sooner or later.
The worst part is I have no idea why someone would rat, unless they got busted. Which I think I would of heard about. I usually go out of my way to be nice to people.

What a waste of time. I didn't think cops gave a shit about recreation use inside one's home. It makes me upset to think the police, who do such a great job protecting us from the dangerous - and whom I respect, would waste their resources on something so trivial. It's decriminalized where I am, but I'm sure this thing happens to small time growers over here.

that's some very, very good advice. I have a door in my basement floor that leads under the house. All I would have to do is put it down there and put a cabinet on top of it.
even though this is not my problem, this advice might come in handy someday.
My house is built on a hill, where the top story is where the garage is and front door is and the downstairs is on a hill. Unless those dicks snuck around the back of my house theres no way they could see any of my glass anyways. i toke in a room with no windows and the downstairs of the house isn't even visible from the front.
Louis that's bs man you'll get the felony dropped for sure. at least, you should. even being in your driveway or front porch is considered your private property not public

this is essentially it. except for the few cops with good morals (the ones who let you go for weed and spend more time with serious crimes). those guys have good hearts and are doing it to benefit everyone. asshole cops like the ones that fucked with louis are on serious power trips.
think, would you abuse laws if you were on the "right" side of the law? (the po side) it seems very easy to do, but i'm sure none of us would do it.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. One question. Would the Task force be allowed to enter your house to make sure there are no more people before they got a warrant?
They put on the police report they were doing a body search. I only caught a glimpse of it before they closed the window but I'm not sure if they meant they searched the house for bodies or if they were talkin about the pat down.
