Fumble's First Grow

I have some salsas that I make and at one point looked into producing them commercially. I couldn't believe all the bullshit you have to do! I'm speaking in California, I wanted to sell my salsa at a farmers market here and they wouldn't let me cuz I'm not legit. You need like a $50k kitchen to do it by the book. So a rental kitchen at $30 an hour isn't too shabby.

Thanks BKB. I can mix a batch of cookies now and my shoulders don't hurt. I love it. My mom and dad are the shit. Ahem, we wont talk about any permits right now. I do need to work on that though. It will certainly open a lot more doors.
I got mine, I went to the week long course! Boring as fuck but I was guaranteed to get my license. I got it so I could own a Hot Dog Cart. LOL

I so can't wait to have the rental fee. That would open all kinds of doors for me, edible and regular.

How funny, my bf and I have talked about a hot dog cart a few times. That would be the shit, hang out in front of a club at closing, in front of the courthouse at lunch. Hella bank. My dream is a food truck though.

You sound like me fumble, I actually started looking into a food truck myself because it would technically pass the hurdles for being a proper kitchen. I would have a lunch truck to make my salsa in and also go around selling some burritos! I'm referring to the trucks with actual walking room inside.

SD County has shitty rules and regs for them, Riverside County is very easy not as many rules....I am from the east coast and thats one thing they lack out here are good hot dogs!

This sounds like u fix it rental shops for the car, rent a lift and tools, and you can do the work yourself for less.

Crap ! I had to read the bacon comment 3 times before I got it. Haven't even smoked yet. I was trying to figure out how many ways to put bacon on a hotdog. LOL

When I get another vacation from work. Maybe I can sneak a weekend in early Feb, not sure yet. I really need to go out there to eat Fumble's edibles so I can go in a Edible Coma!!! Those things slam me for some odd reason! A completely different high IMO
