That seedling is stretching, which can be caused by not enough light and/or high heat. In this case, I am guessing not enough light. Move your CFLs closer to the plant. You can easily get away with keeping them 2 inches from the top of your sprouts.

Good luck with your grow!

i moved the plant closer to the lights and what else should i use besides foil sorry im new to all this

i put my CFL bulbs 2 inches from the top of the plant and use reflective mylar paper. Google any questions you have on growing. You'll be surprised how much info you can get on growing medicine on the internet.

If you can gently lower the root ball, I'd do it. If not, rig some kind of support system to keep the baby upright.

Always provide bright light to sprouting seeds to prevent stretching.

Good point, I agree that gently shaking out the hydroton while supporting the roots and lowering the root ball several inches will help. It drops the roots closer to the best moisture and eventually the buried stem will sprout roots and you will have a strong healthy plant.

Sit back and wait brother. When the second node starts to shoot out, toss up another pic for us so we can help you if you need it.
