VEG I ran mills @ 1.6 EC and in flower 2.0 EC. They recommend something kinda wild like 2.5 EC which might burn some plants. The easiest way to ruin a harvest is over feed it. Overfeeding will screw your yield and make plants just not perform to their max. Keep them hoes hungry on a leash wanting more.

Yeah bro. Beneficial if you want to only water occasionally and use nutrients already added to the soil. If you plan to feed them though it can make things tricky when its staying wet but they need food. The BX is great though if you just want to water once every 2-3 days with organics.
