Gavita EL1 Controller

i have a gavita 1700e led connected to a EL1 controller. You can change the power output from 50% to 115%. Will 115% be hard on the light?

Time to failure will be extended if the power load is lower.

I don't think it will go to 115 that's just for the DE ballast as far as I know.

the driver equipped on the gavita should only be able to dim up to 100%. 100% and 115% should be the same brightness.
