Get Vegucated

The movie horrified me. I sat here in my chair and cried like a babbling fool for over an hour after it went off. Unbelievably I turned right around and bought fried chicken for dinner out of habit. As I ate it, my stomach churned and the taste was strong, like sulfur. I was sure I wouldn't be able to eat any more meat after that.

But then I got to feeling poorly, don't know if it's my medication or my plants worrying me. I lost track and ended up eating deli pizza last night. Today, I ate some noodle soup and a bite of lunch meat. Hubby said I was not to speak of the movie again, he didn't want to know, and that was the end of that. SO my traitorous hunger will do me in. I have however, bought more fresh vegetables and pickled peppers. They make sandwiches so much better.

I'm sorry ya'll...maybe I'll wear him down eventually. I know me, so I know I'll try hard :)

People eat way to much meat. The reason why so many Americans have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Don't believe everything you see on netflix

The reason why so many Americans have high blood pressure and high cholesterol is they're FAT! :hump:

Sure blame it on meat... just stop pushing so much crap down your throat. Stop frying every-frigging-thing  Stop throwing mayo on every-frigging-thing  Normal size bags, buckets, and bottles are not 'normal' in the US! I'd be more worried about the sugar in your big-ass cokes and mountain dew poison than meat.

Go eat a potato raw and see if you get sick.

Hint: you will because raw potatoes are toxic

Does this mean humans are not meant to eat potatoes?
Actually you're wrong, raw potatoes are NOT toxic and humans can eat them (unless they're green). They have enzyme inhibitors but so do many foods and most of them are in the skin, which can be removed before eating.

Why is jtprin being such a douchebag? For the last time stop using words with negative connotation to refer to meat. It detracts from your point and make you look like an asshole. Decaying flesh. Guess what happens to 100% of the food you consume...that's right it decays because it is organic. Vegetable matter decays just like meat. In fact it decays faster. You have not once alluded to dead and decaying plant matter in your belly.

And why do you keep saying things like:

Dude why don't you go take down a walnut tree and harvest the walnut meat without any tools. Oh maybe we weren't designed to eat walnuts?

Go take down a potato plant, and if you can, eat it raw and see if you don't get sick.

Go tell those primates that termites should NOT be part of their diet because they are using tools to obtain them, and clearly using any kind of intelligence or tools is unnatural.
I have no problem growing and picking all my own food, I'd be 100% willing to do so. If you were out in the wild, with no weapons, would you go after a buck? A black bear? Using tools isn't unnatural, it's the fact that humans NEED them in order to hunt down their "prey". Real carnivores need nothing but their own body.

Yes you are right. It is the greenness in the stems and leaves. It can also be in the potato when the potato is green.

No, but who says I have to go after a buck or a black bear? Why not a frog, snake, mouse, bird, etc. Are you seriously saying you have NEVER caught an animal with your bare hands? And if you have, you have never been in a position that you could kill it with your bare hands? I watched a show about survival last night and saw a dude catch a snake with his bare hands. He then cut the head off, cooked it, and ate it.

Would you like to explain your douchey, condescending opinion about my health?
I do not think you know much about IBS.
If you did, you would know that it is a syndrome and covering up symptoms is the best thing I and most people can do.
I cover up symptoms with marijuana on purpose. Me not having symptoms after eating a steak is just bonus.

Where did I say that steak aids in digestion?
You are making things up to be wrong about now.
Actually, IBS can be cured/significantly healed and prevented through healthy lifestyle habits. Improper food combining, overeating, eating a lot of grains, processed foods/sugar, not drinking enough water, stress, etc... are all contributors to IBS. I'm going to guess you eat a lot of these foods (http://www.naturalnews.com/038066_acid_reflux_foods_IBS.html) Detoxing your body and repopulating your gut with healthy bacteria (probiotics) and exercise would likely help a lot.

Not saying it's impossible, but you'd have to consistently catch and eat them raw (unless you could naturally start a fire) to survive. The guy you're referring to also likely used tools along the way.

Mainly eating foods with no nutritional value outside of the calories it contains. The amount of highly processed empty calories is astounding.

We need to eat more real food.

I watched him catch it with his bare hands. He used a knife to cut the head off, but he could just as easily have used a rock.

The fact hat you think my IBS can be cured just goes to show how much of a rude, condescending person you are.
If you can cure IBS, you could help millions of people and make millions of dollars.

Quit acting like a childish jackass.

Improper food combining, overeating, eating a lot of grains, processed foods/sugar, not drinking enough water, stress, etc... are all contributors to IBS.
I know, because I have it. How about we stop talking about something you are clearly just googling and talk about how you are a rude person?

None of those things you found in your idiotic google search are factors for me.
Why don't you worry about your obvious mental problems instead of my IBS?

I'm going to guess you eat a lot of these foods (http://www.naturalnews.com/038066_acid_reflux_foods_IBS.html)
I'm going to guess that you are a rude person with no idea how rude you are being and that you also have mental problems.
Your guess is wrong, way off base. I think my guess hits pretty close to home.
You have no idea what my diet is like, except that I eat meat.

Detoxing your body
You really do not know what you are talking about.
I bet my diet is better than yours. I eat meat in moderation which is healthy for most people.

and repopulating your gut with healthy bacteria (probiotics)
If only I had thought of that 6 years ago. Oh, wait, I did. I found out about it because I did research.
Why don't you try lithium? It may take the edge off off your mental health issues. The narcissism should be addressed in therapy.

and exercise would likely help a lot.
Yet another thing that you know nothing about. If we were having this conversation in person, you would have shut your lie hole a while ago and you would have apologized.

Do you want to continue displaying your ignorance regarding my health or do you want to continue displaying your ignorance regarding diet?

The only way I would ever eat vegan is if there was no other food on Earth.

Then I might eat a vegan.
