I forgot, here is what I had for lunch.

anaheim chilis, banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers (jalapenos not pictured), all organic from my garden
The tea is doing wonders this year. I put it on and the next day the plants just explode.

Can't wait for the Black Krim and the cherry peppers to ripen up in the next few weeks

I like when you say I don't eat meat it is like proclaiming I have no masculinity.

Like if I stopped eating meat I would grow a vagina. And that scares me. halp!

Again you wave your flag of ignorance proudly.
IBS is a syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome.
If you knew anything about syndromes, then you wouldn't be saying stuff like that. You certainly wouldn't be popping off if you had IBS. So get back to googling irrelevant stuff and educate yourself about the nature of syndromes.

I personally do not take any medications and am well on my way to what I expect will be a full recovery. [
I do not need advice from you.

Where could I read about the FDA claiming that diet and disease are not related?
The FDA makes a profit?
Can we get back to you being wrong about meat?

Many people know it do not eat a good diet. Humans are awesomely flawed.

Whoops, I guess I misspoke. I didn't eat any meat yesterday. I have probably gone many days without eating meat.
Stop talking about IBS, your google bullshit hasn't revealed to you many things about IBS.

You are rude and ignorant, willfully so.

IBS is different for every person. The fact that I have it does make me much more knowledgeable about it. The fact that you think you know what is best for me is pretty funny and points once again to your narcissism and general douchieness.

No, I am countering your lies and half truths.
You are going off topic probably because you have no proof of your dubious opinions and gross generalizations
Let's get back to you being wrong about meat.
Lol okay buddy... you're just off in your own little world where you aren't man enough to admit that your own personal choices have led to getting irritable bowel syndrome. Keep thinking the countless mass studies that have proven that vegetarian diets are healthier than meat eating diets are flawed and continue living in fantasy land. Good luck with that IBS.

Sure, but not chickens, cows, pigs, etc... or fish, which are the type of animals most people eat. Are you telling me you would eat insects and worms if out in the wild over wild harvested fruit?
Do you eat rice raw?

If I was in the wild I am certain I would be eating all the wild harvested fruit I could find, along with any other type of nutrients I could get my hands on. If that means eating worms and insects then so be it. I am fairly certain I would also hunt down almost any type of meat I could get my hands on. Fish, crabs, cray fish, birds, reptiles, rodents. It's like someone has taken all the nutrients in a bunch of plants and concentrated them into some meat.

I started watching this last night.

I thought one guy was outlandish. He proclaimed that Flour, Sugar and Cocaine were the same thing.

I don't eat any kinds of grains, but I'd probably do the same thing. If I'm out in the wild, it's about survival and eating anything and everything you can find/catch is logical. But if we're in a world where we have access to be strict vegetarians (which many of us are), then it's logical, for health reasons, to strictly stick to plant-based foods. Another part of the vegetarian diet is knowledge. Many people like the idea but don't know how to properly live off that diet because they previously ate different foods, and as a result end up with nutritional deficiencies.

The point is they exist on both not just one, and if they put down those damn AK`s they`ll live even longer.
But literally my only point is you don't need it. (just because you want something does not mean you need it) You can get far better nutrition from eating a plant based diet.

I understand. If one like this better than the alternative, it comes down to choices. whether bad or poor is a judgment call.

You are an ignorant asshole that knows just enough to be dangerous.
You are just running your mouth about things that you know nothing about.

Did you google IBS again? Did you google the word syndrome?

You can't wrap the fact that you are wrong so you change the subject to my health?

You are a joke.

Keep thinking the countless mass studies that have proven that vegetarian diets are healthier than meat eating diets are flawed and continue living in fantasy land. Good luck with that IBS.
Good luck with your willful ignorance, unearned pretentiousness, and general douchebaggery.
You haven't shown anything with your studies except that you do not know how to comprehend what you read.
I hope you get the help you need.

Wrong about what exactly?

http://www.procor.org/research/research_show.htm?doc_id=881353

"With regards to the consumption of red meat, there was an overall increased risk of all-cause and CVD-related mortality in both men and women for those in the uppermost quintile of reported red meat consumption compared with those in the lowest quintile of red meat intake."

http://archinte.jamanetwork.com/article.aspx?articleid=1691919#RESULTS

Conclusions and Relevance Vegetarian diets are associated with lower all-cause mortality and with some reductions in cause-specific mortality. Results appeared to be more robust in males. These favorable associations should be considered carefully by those offering dietary guidance.

I hope you take this education seriously so you can repair the damage you've done to your own body.
