The SCOTUS ruled you can't yell 'fire' in a crowded theater. Free speech has limits and corporations have their own HR limits based on nondiscrimination and nonharassment policies.The companies don't want to offend customers.
this racist lasy has a right to spew off her racism.

i have a right to notify her employer of her racism.

her employer has a right to fire her for her racism.

the first amendment simply means that the government can't throw you in jail for your free speech, hate speech and 'fire' in a crowded theater being some of the very few exceptions.
