Getting ripped with Ripped Bubba!

Ya I want to grab a Hydro setup for the next room.
I imagine my water will change up a bit as the season change.
I guess I'll see eh.

I actually made up a post the day I flipped, which was last Wednesday. It appears as I did not click post... Think my buddy came over with a blunt that day. Haha

Any ways last Wednesday was the flip. So that brings tomorrow 1 week into it. Things are going really well I am stoked to see the outcome.
I have a shot of each from the day I flipped. Not the best shots now that I look, but these girls are a good size.


I have no idea why the 1st one is flipped tried to fix it, It is correct on my PC.
None the less the are in order 1,4,6,7
Height in order on that day, 17", 19", 16", 15"
Today just a rough guess sitting between 18"-23"

Sorry I didnt keep up with the log there is a few reasons this happened.
RIU shutdown when I came to try and update about 2 weeks flower I suppose.

However more so, about 4 weeks, 2 of 4 Ripped Bubba showed Nanners. #4 and #6.
Ive been clipping bananas off them since. They will still produce some good bud but I couldn't get all the nanners.

I messaged TGA right away explaining the situation. I know environmental factors werent to blame.
This is my best setup by far yet, 1st hermie I've ever seen. Shitty feeling for sure.

Anyways I was waiting until someone responded, and after a little research I see others have had this problem.
But to my surprise I got no response. Really I was surprised.

I wrote a polite letter on the contact us on their site. No freaking out just explained the situation. Said I was upset and was not expecting that from TGA's complete regular line up...

I stay away from feminized seeds for a reason...hermaphrodites......
I got 4/10 females 2/4 Hermies 4 weeks.
Found 1 Nanner on #1 last week.
So I got 1/10 possible keepers.

All 4 plants were different.
However the 1 possible keeper is the keeper...

I had to stick her on Gallon pots to keep the canopy up. Shes half the size of one of em.

I take some shots before harvest and post em up.
Really disappointed with the customer service. Not ever an apology....

If RB7 turns out as good as I think Ill be happy.
Since I still did get exactly what I was looking for out of this strain. The BK Pheno.

Got Cheese Quake going and Chernobyl and Plushberry in the fridge.
I will keep what good comes from them. However I will probably not buy TGA again due to the no response at all....

I dont expect it to be perfect every damn time, but when a problem does arise I expect a response.
Especially at the cost of beans...

1/4 of my RB's was a straight herm as well. No nanners on the other 3 though

What they smoke like?

Wow nice bro did you grow in soil or hydro? I can't wait to pop my beans of ripped bubba soon thanks for the pics!!!

It was grown in soil. They were in #5 (3 gallon) hard pots and vegged for approximately two months which grew to a height of 28" and yielded about 4 oz's using Nugbucket's main-lining technique. You won't be disappointed with your Ripped Bubbas!

Main-lining did it take the hole two months to get your plant to the right height to flower. Well I guess my ? Is did main-lining slow the veg grow some. Thanks for sharing you a nice job keep it green bro!!!

Ripped Bubba no.1 no.2 no.3 number 1 was the keeper

I do think it is slower (as has been my experience with Ripped Bubba and other strains) to reach the final height and overall size that I desire (12-15") during veg using the main-lining technique. So yes, it took two months in veg compared to traditional methods, however, I think it's worth the extra week or two by mainlining. Do you plan on using this method? I highly recommend it!

Yea I want to try it just don't know how to start most of my plants are a month in veg already and I think mainlining for the space I have would work great just have to found someone to teach me a thing or two I guest!!!

Yeah, it's a great method. Actually, one month into veg is the perfect time to make your first topping for two. How many nodes do you currently have?
