:leaf: Everything is still up to par. Got several leaves turning yellow on all the older flower plants due to the lack of N...lets me know they're getting preeeety close to harvest. Prolly got another 7-10 days. :lol: :eyesmoke: :leaf:


:leaf: The Grape Ape's bud structure is very nice. Big "blockhead" colas so it'll be a nice yielder. The main cola is about 16in tall with about a 3in diameter. The smaller colas are about fist-sized. About 40% of hairs have shriveled & the smell is still very fruity. I would describe it as a "Fruity Pebbles" smell.

:leaf: The Sweet Island Skunk's bud structure is like other sativa dominant strains. Pretty fluffy, but the buds are pretty large. The 4 top colas are all at least a foot tall. 50% of hairs have shriveled & the smell is very much like what I think a "Sweet Island Skunk" would smell like lol. It's an overwhelming sweet aroma, but has a bit of funk to it with underlying notes of mangos & pineapples.


:leaf: The Afgooey's bud structure is just what I like! Nugs appear to be very dense & small, and absolutely COVERED in sugar! It doesnt seem to be swelling nearly as much as the other two, so it'll probably be a smaller yielder, but I thing it will be the best smoke for sure. 65% of hairs have shriveled & it smells fucking AMAZING!! It has a very earthy smell with a strong scent of fuel mixed in, and hints of rotten fruit.


:leaf: My new 40x scope got delivered yesterday evening. I DIG IT!! I already had a 30x but the bulb blew because it had been used so much. This one is LED and it has a little "ruler" that you can see when you look through it. It measures from 0.01mm so you can even measure the size of your trichomes LOL :D Here it is...

yeah it was my first run, just the bud structure looks identical, and the leaves! frosty to the tips! even the calyxs, the hairs....amazing stuff man, that afgooey is gonna knock u to sideways heaven mate, crazy shit, my first run was soo good i didnt wanna share it, a mate pleaded to grab a couple of oscars off me. and still to this day he has some left.... connoisseur...
i wish mine had the colour yours had! WOW

What does your temps get down to being in a tent?
 
lights on, 30-32 degrees, lights off, 24-26 degrees depending on weather, but lately even with the hot weather, hasnt gone over 32, i think thats acceptable for now at canopy level

Hey GDP, Im sure you know this already and if there was a way to stabalize night time temps you would have already but an MJ plant will yield alot more if the temp swing from day to night is within 10 degrees difference. My day temps are 75-76 and my night temps are from 66-70.

If your temps are like 75 day and 55 at night the flowers will not grow as vigorously as they could. Anyway to buy a $40 oil heater from say Home Depot or anything like that?
Please just know that Im not trying to correct you or tell you how to grow in any way. Im trying to give advice from experience to help give you BIGGER, HEAVIER BUDS.

5000joints - Thank you very much for the advice!! We're all growers and have good information to share between each other. That's how we learn. No offense taken whatsoever my man I'm up for hearing any advice that anyone has to share. I have heard that between a 10-15 degree change was ideal, and preferably no more drastic than that. I would like to keep it a little warmer in there at night, but I usually just shut the heat off when I go to bed because all the bedrooms will stay warm through the night & so the bills arent too terribly bad with running all the lights as well. I'll probably start getting up around 5am to cut the heat on for 30min or so to warm it up to around 65 in the basement until the lights cut on at 6:30. Thanks again 5000, +Rep for ya.
 
you need to stick that plant in the ice cold outdoors the day before harvest...turn that bitch dark purple so your name makes sense too me
