Going from Inside to Outside

I have some young plants i was planning on transferring outside. They are currently in rockwool cubes on a drip feeder. What do i need to do to establish them in soil and to be ready for the outside?

Repot them into a moveable container that you can move in and out for a week or two until they recover from the switch. Once that happens, I would feel comfertable to keep them out there.

Can someone help me a bit? I have some white umbrella things growing all of a sudden in a large flower pot that I am using for
My plants. should i dig up these unknown things? will they mess up my plants?

No. I dont think so. Some plant mix I got at Lowe's. I am a major rookie - this is not the first time I ever tried but this is the first time I believe i could be successful.
I started a new thread / forum speciffically about this topic but would appreciate any suggestions you have.

That looks like some pretty shitty soil. Full of sticks and twigs. You should replant in some decent soil and individual cups. Get them before the roots have a chance to wrap around themselves. As for moving them outside, its best to condition them for the condition outdoors by gratually moving them outdoors. Put them outside in INDIVIUAL containers a few hours a day, gradually increasing it till its time to replant them outside.
