golden syrup or black treacle = mollasses?

hello i have a tin of black treacle (tate & lyle) and goldern syrup (tate & lyle) now is either one of them the same as mollasses?

also i have been growing in coco using canna nutes. im getting close to harvest but im getting really close to running out of the canna boost. from what i read the mollasses does a similar job to canna boost and i shouldnt have trouble substituting it?

No they are not ,I know this because last week i went out to the shops to buy molasses and all i could find was black treacle so i asked an old lady is this the same as molasses and she told me that it is not, treacle and golden syrup are refined meaning they have most of the nutrients stripped away whereas molasses still has all the nutrients in it.She asked me what was it for i told her for super boosting my plants flowers,she gave me a funny look

I have been using molasses with my canna PK 13/14 just for 2 feeds but now I've started to flush using water and molasses,you should find molasses in the baking section of your local supermarket

lol kk i'll have to check the baking section for molasses. was this in the uk?
