any1 ever have this except me? god damn its so painful, nearly makes me cry every time. i get it 75% of the time when i sneeze for some reason.

for those of u that dont know what a gootch is, its the part of the body in between ur ball sack and crack. the piece of skin that connects.

gootch was just a funny word that was made up round here few years go, i forgot the actual name of it.

yeah it sucks. like when im in work an i just sneeze then i get the cramp an its really painful, like my eyes are closed an im tryin to hold my gootch to kinda get rid of it. its like heaven when it stops though.

lol an no, u dont want it. its worse when ur smokin. ur sat there in ur chair nice an relaxed an then u gotta sneeze an it ruins ur comfort >:(

oh dude, i had that a few years ago.

my doctor called it gootchalitis. its a worm that makes a home in your gootch and after time it crawls in your butt hole, then it makes you allergic to weed, then allergic to air, pretty soon you can't breathe and you die.

luckily i know the only cure for it. but its a secret, sorry bro.

they described what a gooch is in the jackass movie, more or less exactly how you described it. my guess is you saw from it there and forgot about it

Maybe try n figure out some way to stretch your gooch or something, whenever i feel a cramp coming n the arch of my foot i just gotta keep it stretched n the cramp doesn't come. haha do some kind weird positions n try n figure out a way to stretch your gooch!

Yeah man! It's cause your foots bent while dogging it... I just put my leg up kinda like the Capt. Morgan commercials, go at it from that angle for a while. :hump:

i have almost fallen off of a roof with a bundle of shingles on my shoulder b/c of "notcho cramps"...(notcho ass, notcho balls) so i feel your pain
