Got a killer AC, now I have a question

I have to exhaust it outside to keep the hot air out so I have to keep it in the room next to my op.

I can either duct the cold air into my op, but the unit is not made for this.

My other option is to cool down the room the AC unit will sit in and let the passive intake suck the cold air into my op.

Which way do you think will work better?

thanks

Yes I can. I had a similar problem so what I did was I ducted the cold air to my grow room, but hooked up a 300cfm fan to it and I use that for my intake. So now I intake cold intake air.

Op= operation
Mfg. Said not to extend the exhaust duct on the unit so it must sit by a window to vent hot air outside.
Passive intake will keep the smell out.
I ducted it to my op and it loses most of its efficiency. Drops the temp only 6 deg.
So I should put an inline fan in my cold air duct or what?

That's what I did. I have a duct on connected to my A/C...that duct runs into my grow room and on the end of it I put a 4" fan. Now it keeps my temps way down. Usually the coldest room in the joint.
