The ac-de hoods must be sealed good because I run c02 and have not noticed a increase
Usage of c02.

Right but your other hood more than likely leaked the same amount. There for no change would be noticed. I have a titan Atlas 5 hand held co2/humidity/temp sensor. Every room with air cooled hoods that I have been in leak. Some more than others. I however have not tested a room with the ACDE hood. I have looked closely at them. Well built just like every sun system product. I think the main issue is in the entire concept of Air cooled lighting is counter-intuitive. When temps out side rise the effiency of air cooling takes a nose dive. You have to pull air from some where. Even if its cool basement air that air is still being pulled in to the basement from somewhere most likely outside. I think once more people grasp and also unfortunately fork out a little more doe to build proper sealed rooms the quality of cannabis available everywhere will be un-real.

My other hoods were not vented and run a atlas 1 controller. The acde hoods stay cool to the touch even when temps reach into the 90s the glass is hot. Using 8" ducting with a vortex s line fan with a speed controller.

I've noticed that Hydro Giant is now carrying Govita's product line. Has anyone seen them on display at theirs stores and/or know what they are asking for the 1k DEs?

My local dealer said he ordered my 2, then tried ordering 10 for himself next day and they told him there are non available in the entire US right now due to demand. He says as soon as there are more from any distributor that he's buying a bunch.

I ordered the AC/DE reflector with a 4x4 tent and Ushio DE Pro bulb and Galaxy ballast. DE bulbs have a 100hour break in time and are not recommended to run air across bulb due to the fact that they need to warm up and effective par is held at proper bulb temp, with running air across bulb greatly decreases par output of bulb and changed spectrum, really liked what sun system did with the ac/de as bulb is enclosed, also will be running a Blockbuster with Ushio 600w red-opti in 3x3 tent.
