i actually have no clue,lol...i think its a cross between blue dream and sumthing else, it has a very blue dream distinct sweet smell which i really like...


ill post some pics of the new babies soon, they are fuckin growin fast, almost little plants,lol, they were clone cutting 3 days ago...

Hell yea. I kno that venom looks just like u said in ur first post, BOMB. Lookn through the first 2 sets of pics ur new babies r growing fuckn fast too. So I've always wondered, when u buy clones how much do they usually run? It won't ever affect me cause ill never be able to get any I just wondered if yall pay about the same price as a seed or if they jack the price unbelievably

its funny u say that cause id never in a million years consider buying seeds, i get guaranteed female, strong white rooted clones in rock wool ready for soil or hydro for like 12 bucks each down the street...i was curious about the seed banks cause they are so heavily advertised and from what i can see a good seed (or i dunno how many u get with an order) is like 50-100 bucks?..is that true?...then u still have to veg them all until u switch to 12/12 JUST to sex them?...wow, maybe there is something im missing???...i dont get it but with clones you: get a huge head start, guaranteed female, and its very cheap. ive heard people time and time again say that the clinics sell "diseased" clones so u will grow diseases plants so u have to come back and buy more but where i go is a very reputable clinic and the in-house clone guy really puts his name behind his clones...although i have to admit i live in southern cali where the medical marijuana scene is like wildfire, to say there is a huge variety of clones/starins/dispensaries/clinics with 5 minutes from me would be a very true statement...

nature, if u can get ur hands on any clones rather than seeds id hop on it...

i have a very very important announcement to make, ive pretty much struck gold and got my hands on a very popular strain..LA CHEESE, welcome to the veg party...make urself at home,lol..i had gone on to weedmaps.com and i was looking at what dispensaries had what clone strains to choose from then i would write down the strains and cross reference them with what i could on strain review websites, ..heard so much good from everyone about the LA CHEESE and the local spot happened to have just 1 left, goot roots and now shes mine.... i was looking at my cabinet and i was like.."fuck this, i have room, im not gonna just run 2, ill do 3"... so now i have a rocklock(rockstar X warlock), grapefruit haze, and a LA CHEESE...heres some pics, the G.haze and rocklock went in dirt on 5-5 and the la cheese went in dirt today (5-9)...

its truly amazing how fuckin crazy fast these little plants grow under this cfl hood i made from scratch, i love it...i go to work and come back and they grow an inch...compare the first pics from may 5th (day 1) and these and u can tell in four days they have 2 completely new sets of nodes all around..wow. this is gonna be a good one i think!cross ur fingers for me guys...

Fingers are crossed bro. I'm sure it'll be great. I'm anxious to c the rocklock blow up for u. Its amazing u can go 5 min and get a clone in rockwool for 13 bucks. I definitely believe it tho with u bein in so Cal. I envy u bro lol. Only clone shop around here is when my newb ass attempts one. I always get one of every plant at least so I guess that's good. But damn that pisses me off lol. I HAVE to order seeds or grow scrub genetics. I been wantn so bad to move to a medical state but I'm afraid thatll never happen. I agree to, if I had that option, fuck a seed. Those babies u got r gonna be monsters like, Next wk lol

thats cool nature, i sure hope so...i am just finishing up this diablo OG kush and then these three will go into my home made 400 watt cabinet with the metal halide bulb reigning down 38,000 lumens like World War 3 on them, then they are gonna really explode, this stage is so fun,lol...ill flush the diablo starting maybe in a couple days, it has about 7-10% amber trichomes but i want it to really get mature b4 i pull it...the only thing i dont like about the diablo OG is that its a constant battle to ward off the PM, i have to spray it with greencure like 2x a week, oh well, its ok to use all the way up until harvest but still...... the good thing about the plant is that it has absolute ROCK hard nugs on it. to the point where when i go in for a smell the top cola stabs me in the nostrils and its as hard as a toothpick, no joke... hopefully it has some heavy dry weight nugs on it...well see...

so i dont have a dry weight on the blue venom i pulled just yet but heres a couple sample pics, i love the way it smells, soo unique...like some cheesy smell mixed with a blue dream more sativa sweetness. wow. so smooth when u hit it, i wish i could take a couple macro shots but its with my cellphone, all i got...sry...a couple small little nugs..

hey nature, thanks again dude, yea i am super satisfied with the way the blue venom turned out, what a sweet smelling herb, and so smooth, at first you get a uppy motivated high (lol, yesterday i mowed the lawn, trimmed the hedges, and took the dog jog jogging all of a sudden,lol)...but then it gives you this gnarly couchlock high like a full 45 minutes later,m so wierd, but im down with it....anyways, i dry it in a home depot cardboard moving box with the free string/twine they offer @ the door for securing down large items...then i cut a hole on the side of the box for a tiny pc fan exhausting and three more small passive intake holes cut on the other side to bring in fresh air...so it just sits in the dark for a few, it works really good...

im very very satisfied with this strain cause it has a beautiful strong aroma and TONS of bag appeal but one small fault on my behalf was that i was a little overcrowded at the beginning of flower and i didnt get as much weight as i was hoping, no big deal though, live and learn...i got 35 grams of primo dense bomb nug and about 7 grams of primo not so dense nuggets from the lower part of the plant, the 7 grams on the side are still bomband it could definitely be snuck into a bag of the other and no one would notice but i like to separate the 2....besides not hitting the weight mark, im very happy...next ill be pulling the diablo og kush in a week or two...

No problem bro, it looks yummy. I'm likin that dry box, simple yet effective. 35 grams of some smooth killer is worth the time and $ around my part, that's $20-30 a g here. I found that dutch passion has a blue venom strain. I'm not sure if its the same as the one u had but I'm considering getting it after seein those buds. I love a smooth smoke and that high u described. That's kinda how this DNA lemon skunk does me lol. Its couchlock for about the first 30 then it tells u to get busy or somethin lol. Can't wait to c the diablo, it sounds bomb besides the PM. Nice work again, how's that rocklock lookn?

hey nature, well i guess it looks like its just me and you on this grow journal i got goin,lol, if it wasnt for you i wouldnt have any reason to update this thing,haha...maybe if i gave my thread a fohawk, skinny jeans, fake tan and it listened to lil wayne id have the whole community over here, hahahah...anyways, im still stoked u take ur time to stop by and see whats up...well heres a few pics, i didnt update because i topped the rocklock a day or 2 ago and it kinda froze up on me and its just barely starting to grow again, the grapefruit haze is looking awesome and going fast and also the cheese has been having a hard time getting the the (root) ball goin,lol...but all 3 clones are still alive and kicking, no leave discoloration or sickness, just slow growth, the diablo OG kush is doing well also, i kept that plant a small one but now i see how dense the nugs are and i wish i would have either just let it grow normal or maybe topped, u can tell the nugs off it are super super dense, i cant foresee too much shrinking during curing/dryiing, its just too dense...well heres some pics guys...

ok heres some pics of the grapefruit haze, just kicking ass, growing fast , i havent touched this one, just water and fox farm soil and cfl lights...



ok and heres the LA CHEESE, if u look close u can see the two little cut stems toward the bottom, that was a little tiny node and fan leaf...they were way to low on the plant so i clipped them off, ofcourse in retrospect i wish i would have just clipped the budsite and not the fuckin fan leaf cause it was gathering sunlight, oh well, the little girl will still make it, i just threw the clock back a little...


ok and heres the rocklock, as u can see i topped the plant at the very top and that ofcourse stunted it momentarily until the hormones inside kick back into gear, i know its early to top but i wanted a big bush on this one, she as well will recover soon and pick back up again....


ok and loast but not least heres the diablo og kush, like i said i kept it short but i should have grown her different, i was just experimenting in the new cabinet, the whole plant is 20 inches tall but it has 5 or 6 strong dense compact tops...its hard to get a good pic but all those small little tops travel most of the way down their main stalk and each particular stalk should have 6-8 grams dried so maybe another 30-35 Gs off this one as well, well see...it doesnt have a very strong aroma until u get in real close and pull the nugs apart and smell inside, i think its so fucking dense its like a black hole, lol, not even odor can escape....what do u guys think???

haha, thanks nature, yea i was just having fun...its cool man, the clones are starting to pick up again and it works out perfect, figure ill take the diablo out of the cab by 1 maybe 2 weeks max, by that time the clones will be like a foot tall, then i can just hit them with the metal halide for a few days and straight 12/12 with the hps...as long as im in this thread im gonna update , dont worry, fuck it, then i can go back and see the progress myself...so have u ever grown a seed and just cloned from that?(sex it first and clone immediately) fuck it..make ur own, its extremely easy, the only reason i get mine from the clinic is cause its so close and diff. strains...

Hell yea bro with that timeline ull be loaded with primo smoke. Yea man I actually. do clone all my females. Everytime I order the seedbank sends me 2 fem seeds for free so they get cloned a lot. The lemon skunk I have I actually started that original plant in September and have gotten lucky to get at least one clone everytime and now I'm on my third. I just recently got some rooting hormone for clippings and have 4 veneno clones on the way to rooting I'm getting better with it but I can tell the rooting powder is gonna help a lot. Have u ever grown any lemon skunk? If not and u like skunk strains its definitely some bomb ass smoke. Man itd be awesome to drive like 5-10 min to the clinic to pick up some clones, I would just buy and flower em lol

well thats the thing, its cool to go to the store to get clones for obvious reasons but with the seeds its such more variety, right?..i mean u can just be like...bam, and place an order of ur choice, let me ask u this, when u order a seed order how many do u get?is it a rip off? when they feminized does it guarantee female?...cause ive done the seed thing when i was way younger with the paper towel and all that...cause i sure would like to order some lemon skunk for fucking sure, those are the strains that the clinic doesnt have!

I had a rocklock go hermie on me in my last grow too - it's apparently been common with them, as I was warned by someone else when I started mine too, and sure enough... oh well - I hope yours are okay! ...wish you lived close to me, as I could give you a bunch of healthy Tangerine Dream clones right now - I don't know if I'm going to take clones from my current plant, as I don't have the time/money/resources to grow them out seperately...
