I mean, presumably I am going to, if by "written on the invoice" you mean "GSD with freebie of Maine Event" yada yada, which is probably the case. The site still has the same listing. Anyway, it sounded like Maine Event was a limited drop, I don't think it's that weird a person might be nervous they got their order in in time? Maybe less limited than I thought. If, and that's a big if, I actually had missed the freebie, I'd feel put out because I asked for clarification immediately after ordering and didn't receive any.
Also, sometimes freebies are listed separately on the invoice, it is a little inconsistent.

I am not trying to be rude. But you sent me a email on Monday the 14th. We are in the middle of a promo. With new promos going down that day, there is no way to keep up with all the Emails.
Normally Dave would have answered it. But he had left the previous Friday for vacation.
So I was the only one here to do emails and orders. By the time I got caught up with emails ,you had already sent out the tracking number.
And It clearly stated that you received the Maine Event on your invoice.

You require payment be sent within three business days, under those circumstances I think it's reasonable to expect a prompt response to a customer question about availability. My sending of payment only fulfilled my obligation.
You acting like my expectation that I'd get a straight full answer (not "if it's on the invoice you'll get it" when you have access to the invoice your system created) in a week, brought up in a way that frankly feels like it was intended to discredit, doesn't leave me with a good taste in my mouth.

Just gotta jump in with a short story.
A few years ago i had trouble with harmies and males in fem seeds from a breeder that GLG sells. I bought them from the breeder directly. Posted about it here.
I quickly get a message from DBJ asking if he could send some seeds to make it right. He did not sell me the problem seeds but did sell that breeder's beans. I ended up with several dozen seeds of Bad Dogs' including about 2 dozen LVTK x LBF and other fire breathers.
I just think that is something people should know about.

Ah, so it sounds like I can stop quietly freaking out over whether the order I made the day GSD dropped contains The Maine Event. GLG's never done me wrong before, but there's always a first time for everything.

I wrote that because I was never given a full response when I tried to ask about it in private, but you made a post here referencing still having the freebie. Pro-tip this is a good way to lose a customer who's always reliable when it comes to talking you guys up. No doubt you don't need my business anyway. I'll be sure to mind the door.

I have a question regarding Copa Genetics – GSD F6 is it the strain or the freebie that is limited to 125 packs? Supposing that the freebie is limited once the Maine Event runs out do we get to choose another freebie from Copa's selection? Asking because where I live only autoflowers have a chance outdoors. thank you

Have you looked at Project 25?
I ran a pack outdoors in the Pacific Northwest (WA) and ended up with one female that finished the last week of August and two that finished mid-Sept.
They were unimpressive as hell during veg but really took off once they started flowering.
Fast Purple also looks interesting and I'll probably grab a couple packs of that on 4/20
