Not sure what you are asking for.
The site was up until Monday afternoon.

And when you say you are confused about picking your freebies. Your order qualified for 2 freebies from Mosca. And they were automatically added to your cart. And you did not qualify for any freebies that you need to pick.

Then you left me this message Monday.

You left this message before I Had even been to the post office. Never mind had time to open the mail.
And please bear in mind that we had A 3Thirteen drop ,a Schaggy Drop, A Mosca 20% off promo and a Bodhi BOGO promo.

So on Monday I received over 90 packages that were delivered from Saturdays and Mondays mail. I am the only one to open mail so it takes time.
Some peeps rap their payments in a Box taped to holy hell. Then 2 more taped up envelopes inside. And then the Money is taped to paper.
So opening mail can be a chore in its self. LOL

And your order was placed on hold because you sent us a tracking number. So we put your order on hold so if it gets delayed in the mail your order will not cancel. On the new web site orders will auto cancel if we do not receive payment with in 10 days of it being placed. How ever if you send a valid tracking number we will hold the order until payment arrives. And all orders are processed in the order they were received.

As you all probably know we launched our new web site Monday evening and will have The support of the company that build the site all week. And in the future. But they have set this week aside to work out any bugs. And we are having a few peeps with issues getting threw the firer wall. This is because we up graded to the best security we could to protect your accounts. And will work on getting everyone into their accounts threw the fire wall.

Is there a backup of orders rn because of that bodhi sale? I got tracking number monday but it said its still not in the mail.
Hi, never have this long shipping issue by other seeds bank or breeders inside US. i put my order and at the time not any promos on website ,after i put my order just ship my payment asap (next an hour after put my order), head to usps and ship by priority .
i just want my beans before 15th,so i track it, my envelope delivered on 3th i do sending GLC email ,I did let them know its delivered . Its about 3days now in processing and no update.
Hope my order arrived into my mail box and sit there for 3months safe aswell, then get a chance to popping some beans from GLC.
Something to keep in mind guys is that GLG isnt an Amazon sized operation... They work a standard week (Mon - Fri) and they just had a massive sale along with an entire overhaul of their website AND receiving new drops from other breeders. For any small business, this is huge, so some leeway has to be given. Another thing to consider, GLG is known throughout a LOT of forums, not just RIU, so if they had a ton of people on RUI order, just imagine how many did on IC, THC, etc... Everyone is going to get their stuff, it might just take longer than the usual due to this. So no worries, sit back, roll a fat one and relax. :blsmoke:

I do not know who you are on the site. But we are behind from doing the Bodhi BOGO free promo.
And We also Launched our new web site. And It is like getting a new car,You know how to drive it. But the controls like the radio ,the wipers,the heater...ect are all located in new spots and it takes a little getting use to. I am working this weekend and will have all paid orders ready to ship on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). Sorry for the Delay

And the purpose of the new web site is to make the whole process faster and more user friendly. And that will allow me to process orders quicker.

I explained that we had just launched the new web site and things were taking longer than normal.
And I gave you the message on what to expect for shipping. And I told you we received over 90 orders on Monday.

And you did order during the start of our Anniversary promo. And a Bodhi BOGO free promo started on the 3rd.
And once again any time I do a Bodhi BOGO free promo, shipping times will be slower than normal. A lot of my best customers save up every year just for that.
And your order is a 20% off Mosca promo with Double freebies.

So how do you feel you did not order during a promo?

And now I am here spending time answering the same complaint again.

Honestly I need to be filling orders and that is what I was doing until I read you comment.

Bad Dawg, sorry to bother you at such a hectic time. I just replied to your order confirmation email on 6th Oct with the tracking proof attached. Hope this has been received. If this is not the correct way to send proof of tracking could you let me know. I am from UK so it may not reach you in the 10 day cut off if there is a delay.

I decided I was going to try and place an order for the first time from your website. When perusing the bodhi selections, I came upon "eternal sunshine". When you click on it, however, it says the description of it is "HAOG x SSDD". It was my understanding that Eternal Sunshine was actually the Hawaiin Sativa x OMG. I have HAOG x SSDD and it was just labeled as that, no other name in the SS packaging.

So I guess I was just wondering which pack this offer was for? Thanks.

I think the banner is mislabeled as haog cross. When you place it in the cart it shows eternal sunshine. I received my pack from glg as well, a few weeks ago. It came in a sealed bodhi packaging and inside it was in fact labeled as Hawaiian sativa x omg. I would wait for glg to confirm.
Some kinks to work out on the new site, other than that, I have nothing but positive experiences to relay about glg.

Sorry for the slow reply. If you sent your conformation number back to threw you conformation email. You are good to go.
