Hello im looking for a light that provides good results in a 4x4 for both veg and flower. Also one that doesnt throw off a ton of heat would be great. Thank you for your knowledge

Well that gives you lots of awesome options.

If you want a prebuilt kit, I'd check these out, or look up the Timber lights.

If you wanna get really crazy, check out their new one. I would turn this one down more probably, but it looks sweet.

Another option is to build your own.

You've got plenty of cash for decent lights, but if you do choose HLG, use promo code "RIU10" for an extra 10% off.

Check this light out. Awesome board and a good price. Will flower a 4x4 without a hiccup.

would the 650 work even if the flowering footprint is larger? the tent is just over 6 feet tall

Yes. You can dim both those lights. I love my Rspec's, but those new Diablo boards look sick. When I decide to replace any of my boards I have now it would be with the Diablos, just turned down a bit.

i cant find the 650 on the canadian site
Well I found it but it's $1500 Canadian, and it looks like they don't have them in stock yet. They are newly released lights by HLG, so that's not too surprising.

The 550 Rspec would be sweet too.

If I had to do it over again, and had a better budget, that's the light I'd likely go with. If you're new to growing and just want to make sure you like it, there are options in the $450 range that will grow in that size tent well.
