Grow room flooded with sewage water. Need help

Had major rains last night, my teens got a little wet. Problem is, the city is saying the water was mixed with sewage and fresh water. I already flushed then plants with plain water. Just need to know if they are good or should toss them

Plants should pull through but you could get botulism snd die possibly

Pour bleach in while it’s standing.

The city sewage would have me worried too many diseases in human waste that can cause issues
