grow room layout

I have a 8x16x8 flower room in my basement which stays pretty cool all year round. my question is what would be the the best way to cool 6 600 watt hps w/sealed hood's, right now i was thinking of using a 6in 440 cfm blower with a charcoal filter attached then make one big loop and have it exhaust out the window. do you think i would be able get away with just that, or should i buy a second blower just to cool the hood's? would that be over kill... not enough... and suggestions would be appreciated. o and my intake is from the basement which is air conditioned and filtered. thanks

depending on space if walls are close wall mount fans will do you some good for the bulbs, hoods, and plants. and sealed hoods as in glass with 2 fan holes in hood or a complete enclosed hood
