Hello guys, I’m new to this but this is my second grow. I grew outdoors last year but I do have a tent. This is what’s inside my tent. Phlizon 1200W High Power Series Plant LED Grow Light, with Thermometer Humidity Monitor, with Adjustable Rope,Double Chips Full Spectrum Grow Lamp for Indoor Plant. What else do I need to put inside for a optimum grow? Oh and my tent is a 45”x24”x60” and I have VIVOSUN Air Filtration Kit: 4 Inch 203 CFM Inline Fan with Speed Controller, 4'' Carbon Filter and 8 Feet of Ducting Combo.

I think you're going to be fighting many things, having that powerful of a light in that small of a tent. As far as everything else you'll need, that would require too much explanation. It's best to go to the GrowWeedEasy website, and learn all there is to know about indoor growing. Growing indoors is so much different than outdoors. The equipment can only provide a fraction of what nature produces, as far as light and circulation, and certain steps have to be taken to make the best out of these limitations. Sometimes it's like trying to balance one tennis ball on top of another.

Best of luck

The actual wattage is 191. And the tent is a 4x4, are you sure the light is too strong?
That's a little different. Above you said your tent was a 2x4x5.

A 191w led putting out the equivalent of 1200w? Either your numbers are off, or you're misreading the specifications. As a best guess, I'd say 191w would be equivalent to a 280w hps.

You'll need more light for a 4' x 4' tent. The specs on that light which is actually drawing 190 watts is that it covers a 2 x 2 space. But you don't have to fill up the tent so that light is probably good for one plant.

So how much more light would I need to cover my 4x4? Like I said I can do one plant now How big of a grow pot can I use? I have a 20 gallon, should I go smaller?

It depends on what you're growing in and how you're growing. In coco a 3 gallon would be fine. In soil a 5 gallon maybe 7 would suffice growing indoors.

If that light covers a 2 x 2 area then you'd need 3 more to cover a 4 x 4. But if I were you I wouldn't buy anymore of those lights. Get a higher end LED or a dimmable 1000 watt HID so you can turn it down if you have issues controlling the heat.

You’ll need a better grow light for that space. I have a tent bigger than that and have a 600W HPS lamp running.. I have plans in the near future to upgrade that to a 1000W HPS. Lights very important for your plants, I’d get a better light.

Even if I order the 2x2? I don’t need anything too big

Unless you have a need to grow a lot, you really don't need a 4x4. If you're a light user, a single plant yielding a few ounces every 3 to 4 months would probably suffice. You can get bags of soil that you just open, and grow right out of. Perfect for a small grow.

So with the 2x2 this light will be fine am I correct? I’m only running one plant 5-10 gallon

That's a waste of $110 for a dated burple ...... for $150 you can get a modern 250w LED, Mars Hydro or HLG.

I’ve had it for a year and only used it one. This is my first real tent grow. So if I order that one and use the led light I already have would that be too much light for a 2x2?

Probably, you would only need 120w.
My tent is 2 x4 and a HLG 240w (double quantum) on 2/3 power seems enough.
