With respect........you don't give a answer !!only a lot of words
With respect, you haven't contributed even a fraction of what I have to this thread. I know English is not your first language, but you should at least try to read a thread before you jump in with stupid statements such as . . .
You also don't know you are talking about.....
Mine farred is the best ratio to the red...... You have to know that ......How many % is my farred in ratio to red you think??????
So many drivers are bad for system efficiency? How much inefficient is it, bigmouth. You have to know what you are talking about otherwise close it.
You ask for the digital way to control? :

So....what kind of ledlight you have?

If your far red is the "best ratio to the red" then why is it so low?
Natural sunlight has a Red:Far Red ratio of around 1.3:1 – what is your Red:Far Red ratio? (Ours is less than 4:1) And what other parts of the spectrum allow you to increase the Red:Far Red ratio before the plant kicks into shade avoidence? And why is that? How, exactly, does light affect gene expression?
Mr "Bigmouth", @
Kassiopeija can answer that ^ He is arguably one of the most knowledgeable people on these boards. What he said to you is entirely correct, whilst your response is just embarrassing.
The fact @
Kassiopeija knew exactly what I was saying when I pointed out your fixture had four drivers – and you had no idea why I said it – is proof that he understands things you only think you know.
Those XLG drivers are one of the cheapest series Mean Well produces. Cheap comes at a price of efficiency and reliability.
The XLG-25-AB has quite poor efficiency at 90% or less. The XLG-240-M-AB has average efficiency of around 93% (I assume you are in Holland with 230V mains). The HLG drivers we use are around 95% efficient – up to 96%.
Furthernmore, the HLG series comes with a 7-year warranty whilst the XLGs have a 5-year warranty to reflect the lower build quality.
Complexity means more things can go wrong. How many Mean Well drivers have you had to return under warranty? We're up to around 7 so far.
I don't want to rip on the compay that made your lights because I'm sure they have no idea you are embarrassing their poducts on these boards, but I can tell you that I know more about your own lights than you do. So does @
Kassiopeija Indeed, so do many other people posting here.
For example, I can tell you that their claims of 3.2-3.4 umol/j for some of their products are not even backed up by a sphere or goniometer test – by their own admission!

How can you claim such high figures when you haven't even tested your lights? And what do you think happens to that efficiency when you add 730nm and 385nm diodes?
I stuck up for your right to an opnion and I gave you a chance to contribute to this thread, but apart from a couple of photos (at my request) you haven't contributed anything. I'm not going to report you, but I don't see much reason to interact with you any more. You are just as rude now as you were when you first arrived. And only smart people can afford to be rude.
