My latest is a consequence of two things:
1) I fry a lot of 73% beef, and I’m not dumb enough to send the grease down the drain.
2) I recently lucked into the companionship of a pupper. Beneful wet food comes in these awesome 4-oz snap-top tubs. I pour my pan grease in there until almost full, snap the lid on, and it’s in the trash and not the plumbing.
