Going to go do some grocery shopping. Then cooking some Valentine's dinner for the 2 ladies in my life. Planned on doing the taxes today, but then I realized it was v-day lol.

I'm glad the lady doesn't like me wasting money on flowers because I didn't get her any. She'll be happy with just a nice dinner. It took me 45 years to find her but it was worth the wait.

Last time I did and she found out what they cost she was extremely annoyed. Said they're just going to sit on the table and die. Then walked away muttering something about how many skeins of yarn the price of the flowers would have paid for. And the flowers did just sit on the table and dry up. I don't get her jewelry either. I spent a pretty penny on some diamond earrings and a matching necklace for her and she got mad. She doesn't wear jewelry often at all and told me not to spend that kind of money on stuff like that.
Like I said, she was worth the wait.

My wife bought her own flowers this year. Yesterday she found a beautiful bouquet "I want these for Valentines"
I have not bought jewelry since the 2nd tennis bracelet was lost.
