With "all these companies fleeing the Untied States", it shouldn't be hard to name 5. I'll wait.
jobs are being outsourced faster under trump than during the obama years

https://qz.com/1144201/under-trump-us-jobs-are-moving-overseas-even-faster-than-before/

All told, in the year since Trump was elected, more than 93,000 jobs have been certified by the Department of Labor as lost to outsourcing or trade competition, slightly higher than the average of about 87,000 in the preceding five years.

Did you know that HD brings in foreign made parts for assembly in 4 US plant locations, soon to be 3? They already have other plants in India and Brazil. The Thailand plant is not related to the US reorg, at least according to the article linked above. 400 KC positions being moved to other US plants, and US production not expected to decrease.
A couple decades ago I helped a friend build a ground up 50s HD. ALL the parts came from china

I'll quote the article for you....."The president’s implementation of tariffs on steel imports could add $30 million to the company’s costs. Even worse, European leaders have tinted at possible retaliation for the tariffs against American companies like Harley-Davidson."....
sounds to me like it was intentionally written by a maga hater. No wait, the liberal media would NEVER stoop so low LOL

Harley's US sales have slumped for five years running and will continue. The only growing market for them is ASEAN which has up to 60% tarriffs (In Thailand) on imported bikes.

Had my wage increased with inflation I'd buy another toy just for the hell of it.

It's a hobby. They are crap, but very build-able, part of the mind control.
It sounds like your friend is getting an upgrade or should.
BMW doesn't know a 30" inseam is one of Levi's best sellers.:)

There's lots of hobby's and habits I can no longer afford.

as usual, morons jumping to conclusions with the most likely reason because they are programmed to blame DJT for everything.

I purchased a Yamaha Royal Star 23 years ago ($11K) and aside from normal wear and tare it runs like a top. One of my closest friends is a mind controlled HD rider. Seriously, it blows my mind how they control their customers. It freaks me out to go there with him

He babies his beauty (at least it's that) He bought it from HD used. It's only 3 yo. He paid $18K. It's in the shop now needing new heads, jugs, pistons....

every HD owner i have known spends more for a simple tuneup than I have spent in 23 years of maintenance. Their bikes are OVERPRICED crap (apparently few of you posting have a clue about HD). Not even DJT can stop HD from sinking
