Been dealing with Rita since early 2019, also have gotten selfies since then too. You gotta step up your game if you only get a selfie every 5 buys dude.
I LOLed at this this morning. Used to be you got this when you made a large purchase. 16025749909608976528112887952013.jpg

In reality, if theyre handing out selfies and little knickknack for sales inducements you at least know theyre profit margins are low.

So these kinfbrites or meiji? Which boards are better? Aren't these pre-built from Kingbrite looking a bit flimsy? I'm about to order 4 so really wanna be sure all is good.

Kb and meijiu seems pretty much the same to me. There seems to be a shortage of good samsung diodes in alibaba, id buy another time if you want topline diodes. Or try to get a discount on lm561c diodes.

So you suggest to wait for new diodes? The light that was linked had 301h is that bs because they don't have the diodes? I hope it can be resolved I need to order soon. If no good diodes I'll skip it and build a strip setup for now but need everything built within a month.

I have no idea, just know some have been quoted supply shortages and i trust the bubbers about as far as my nose. I mean im pretty sire you would never get absolute top bin diodes from there. Maybe top flux but not top flux and low voltage, which is the case of hlg.

Tbh, if you throw upwards to +2000 diodes in a 4x4, well spread out i doubt if it actually matters.
These fixtures tend to be 600 watts or so, so they have enough power. Most people run them hanging high. You will normally have enough light and the bin wont make that much of a difference. If you can make sure its around 0.2-0.3w per diode you shouldnt have to worry about a thang.

I had saved some links to meiju and Kingbrite lights that some peeps on the forum had been working with these sellers on Alibaba but I lost them. It would be awesome if someone to point me to a reliable seller. I have been looking through soooo many threads to find the links which were posted and I couldn't find them.
I would really really appreciate it.

This week pulling the trigger this week on the buy. Running out of space  and need more lights on a budget but looking for the good binned diodes or a good experience device. 4 quantum boards I was seeing deals for 110 bucks for double quantum board lights.

Ive always dealt directly with reps made an order and paid for everything via email, never used the alibaba page to buy directly. As for links: there are like 100s, just contact the reps and see what they actually got for you.

I am one of those parts pickers, I buy the heatsinks at one place, the boards at another, and the drivers somewhere else. For example I can buy lm301 b(s) 288(s) with reds for $19 a board if I buy 10, and I can get lm301 h(s) 288(s) with reds for $21 a board if I buy 10, then I can buy double heatsinks for $10 if I buy 5, and triples for $14 if I buy 5, then I can get HLG 320 AB divers for $40 each if I buy just one, but if I buy 5 at a time I can get them for $34 each! It's just knowing where to shop for the things you need! And believe this or not it still comes out way cheaper even with the shipping then to buy whole kits. For example I can build 5 x 320 kits with 12 foot silicone 3-way power cords and 12 foot silicone 2-way driver to boards cords for $725, which comes out to $145 per 320 kit which even includes all the shipping costs to get all those components to me!

I have bought 5 quantum boards 650r from meijiu, they are supposed to be the "copy" of hlg 650r diablo with the same inventronic driver but it only gives 592w at the wall and the hlg 630w at the wall both at full power

With power draw aside, what did you think of the Meijiu?

Bahahaha this one girl on Ali Baba added me on WhatsApp to send me specs on their quantum boards. Anyway eventually she started sending me pictures of her self and her dog and her out eating with her friends. And she said she likes handsome and rich men like me hahahahaha.

Just to chime in here a little... I have three Mars Tsl 2000’s and used them to flower a mother gorilla glue and it came out amazing. Very dense and covered in trichomes! I added a visparspectra for some uv and it has done the job very well. N ya I know blah blah cheap China light blah blah.... I have zero complaints 0. They run cool n produce big light, and I can’t wait to push her daughters in under em n watch them go nuts. What people aren’t understanding is that led’s cover more evenly and produce better due to that. The light is spread out over a larger area without need for reflectors. Meaning (imo) a lower power led will out perform a higher power hid light. (Gonna test this at some point) Hid lights are only as good as the reflector they’re mounted in. And that is lacking when it comes to coverage....ya ya they been doin the job for a long time. Horses did the job for thousands of years, does that mean there better than cars? Hell no! Just like leds are surpassing HID’s. Even cheap China boards are better than antique tech. Just my opinion....

If you have a small grow I’ll always suggest growers to buy American. I have both Chinese and American boards and don’t see much difference other then some of my diodes on my Chinese boards (wasn’t KB or Meiji) went out.
