Have to kill the Lights

I am having new cabled installed and I am afraid that I might have to turn off the lights in the grow closet if they have to install something in the room that the closet is in. If it dose come down to this what kind of harm will it cause. It will only be off for no more then 2 hours.

They'll be absolutely fine, it won't cause any problems.

You only really get problems when you interrupt the 12 hours dark anyway, and it's more a response to ongoing irregular light cycles than "on-offs".

Well I have to different closets flowering and veging. I would like to close the doors but I know for a fact that in that amount of time the will fry by the heat.

I'd make sure it was off if they were coming to do work in the same room. Wouldn't take much for someone to see light shining thru and go your lights on and open the door to turn it off. If you can I'd have the closet door locked, the lights down and the plants covered up with junk that looks like it belongs in a closet. Or I'd take the plants out in the garage and cover them up there.

When you have plants and a stranger in the house, they always seem to stumble upon your grow for some reason. Protect yourself !!!!!!!

I have locks on the doors so that will not be a problem. So no harm will come to the girls?

i have left a plant in a dark closet for 3 days, it was a tinny bit wilted thats all. it will not harm your plant in any way...if it would all foliage would die on the first eclipse of the sun....dark is ok , i left the plant just to see what would happen and nothing happened...people give plants 2 days dark before flowering all the time dont worry bro
